The early morning attendant who works at the register lacks customer service skills. I came in at 5am, said good morning, no response. I told hin let me get $20 for gas and i said thank u, no response. He just looked at me with a dead stare. Maybe he was thinking about adding another tattoo to his body? Who knows. But if u hate your job that much, try another profession or go back to school.

They always have the highest gas prices around, and to top it off the the air compressor to fill up your tires never works. Go anywhere else.

This is a modern clean gas station filled with great people . Prices are slightly higher then average gas stations but Customer service is excellent . workers have Great service. They have a wide selection of drinks/ beers and different variety of foods both hot / cold that make this place unique. I genuinely feel this location is welcoming .

Most of the people who work here are kind. There is a small man named vector and I would be embarrassed to have him working for me. He’s helped me before and he’s always sucked but he’s never been outwardly rude until now. I asked him when the manager would be here next and he told me to start showing up in the mornings to find out and claimed he had never met the manager and did not know their name. It’s pretty hard to find worse customer service than this man and he works at a gas station so I can’t imagine his job getting much easier…

Never seen a gas station that locks its doors at 5:30 prime time for an employee to take their break. There were 4 people at the pumps waiting and people standing outside. Guess they don't care . Horrible service.

Huh! turns out Chevy gas is almost 2 buck more than @ other gas stations is that some sort of a special gas? long wait to grab coffee, slow weird youth enjoying himself screaming @ costumer, you must be kidding me Chevy charging more and disrespecting the people paying your bills? amazing! we wont give you any more business!

their gas prices are almost 2 $ higher than at other gas stations do ur research before buy ! costumer service one star we think they need to get a new manager that is able to hire people willing to work better and faster

Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. On 8/11/20 at about 720 am I arrived to this location to find a parking lot full of cars, cars at the pumps, and multiple people around in the parking lot. I was stopping on my way to work for a couple items and entered the store through the open front door. I gathered my items and proceeded to wait at the register finding it unattended. A few moments later a staff member entered through the front door and began yelling and chastising me stating “hey I was yelling at you! I was trying to tell you it was closed we were all outside!!” I explained that I had no idea she was even yelling much less yelling at me. She said well I was, it was closed. I said to her, well I would think that if you are closed and the store was unattended then maybe the best thing to do would be to lock the door accordingly. I’m sure the management or the owner would love to know that the store was left unattended and unsecured while the employees were outside. Much less that they then chastised me for entering through a open, unlocked and unsigned door due to their negligence.

The pumps are horrible 50% of the time; no receipt paper, or sale denied but will work inside for set amount... So if ur in a hurry goodluck.

I stopped here after participating in the Palm Desert half marathon to fill up my gas tank before heading home West on the 10 freeway. It was still pretty early on a Sunday morning, so there weren't a lot of traffic at this gas station. I saw more cyclists than cars. The pumps were clean and in working order. Unfortunately the prices were pretty high, but they were on par with all of the nearby gas stations.

They need better employees. Me and my boyfriend went inside to get some snacks while my gas tank filled up. I had already picked what I wanted and was by the register while my boyfriend finished decided what he wanted. The cashier then started flirting saying how I have a nice smile... etc I of course ignored him. My boyfriend made his way to the counter and the cashier told him remarks about me while looking at me in a very weird way. When we payed he said I was fat anyways, lmao like calling me fat will make me flirt back! my boyfriend was mad and I told him to forget about it as we walked away. A few days later same guy there with a creepy look. Definitely not going here even when it's 2mins away from where I live.
