I turned off my debit card coverage so I wouldn't get overdraft fees but somehow it magically turned back on and I ended up paying over 200.00 in fees! Ridiculous!

Have only used the ATM's during closed hours so my review is limited to those services. This is a newer branch and is nicely updated. The card reader at the door works well and the ATM inside is quicker than most other ATMs inside chase banks Ives previously gone too. They do have a drive up ATM which is useful if you're in a hurry.

Worst customer service ever. Had a Chase Cashiers check for over $90K and asked them to please have it separated into two checks in lower amount to use for separate transactions and they refused to do it. I asked for a manager and they would not provide one stating they had to take a lunch break soon and wouldn’t make themself available to assist. They have my money in a checking account and they refuse to release it. Unbelievably bad customer service here. They recommended I go to a different Chase branch if I wanted further assistance. Save the aggravation use a different branch and better yet use a different bank all together.

Are they wanted to charge my 17-year-old sister $10 to cash in her check, none of the other Chase banks have done that. They were really racist towards my sister and me. you could just build attention when we walked in that they immediately went after us, the lady at the desk I didn't get her name which I should have was being beyond rude she had a smirk on her face the whole entire time. I really wouldn't have cared about the $10 if she was being nice enough to us but she came out very rudely. I ended just leaving because she was just being too rude. If you work at a bank you should at least have common sense to be open-minded about people and not racially profiling them. If I could give this zero Stars trust me I would. We love all the other Chase Banks but will never attend this one again

Savanjah and Vanessa were sitting in the lobby area. I was depositing a check. It had some unique circumstances but I was 99% sure it would still follow the same policies. The check issuer and the 3rd party also agreed with what I thought was the correct procedure but just to be friendly and since these two girls were asking, I mentioned what I was doing and just to get a 4th voice confirmation. I mean, this is the bank accepting the check so they ultimately have the last say. I hadn't ever met any of these girls so I didn't know their name but one of them spoke up and said they would not accept the check. Confused I asked her to confirm and it didn't really make sense. I asked her name and she points to the other girl sitting there and said her name is Vanessa and she's the manager. I thought that was strange since Vanessa really wasn't even talking. But I found out she was wrong so I'm wondering why this girl is giving erroneous info. I returned to the lobby after making a few calls. I saw Vanessa rushing to the back office. I caught her just at the door and asked what the other girls name was. She told me Savanjah. And then she told me that they looked it up after I left. So why look it up if you are sure? Was this just a joke?? I assure you I may look funny but I don't joke around with my money.
