Ever since I moved out to the Desert, I went with Chase Bank. They have been very good when I need to go into the bank in Palm Desert. They are always very nice and helpful. I do recommend this bank.

Nice bank and I've been fairly happy with Chase. I will say if you go in before/after hours the ATMs in their lobby are a bit slow. I've found some issues with them being out of the denomination I was wanting. I do like the fact you can make cc payments at the ATM though.

I have always had a great experience at this bank location, the tellers are all very friendly and understanding, most especially The woman named "Miracle" her customer service skills are top-notch and she clearly knows what she is doing, if you want amazing customer service and to be greeted with killer smiles, choose this bank! Thank you "Miracle" for always doing such a good job.

I wanna give a shout out to an exceptional employee at this location, her name is "Miracle" . I do private banking as well as banking for my retail store and she has always been very pleasant and knowledgeable and just plain fun to interact with, I wish more banks had people like Miracle working there, it would make banking feel like less of a chore. The other tellers there are nice too, it's worth going there IMO

I like this branch. They hold more cash when i need it and they help me with large cash wire transfers; they have always been VERY polite and courteous to me. I make the extra travel to them since my home branch is so small.

I've been banking at Chase for years at the Rancho Mirage location on bob hope drive. The tellers have always been very pleasant and helpful! I enjoy going there. And the Manager Bea is just awesome! They have always taken care of our personal and business accounts with great care! It's one of the only business's in the desert that I enjoy going into!

Horrible customer from Jose, didn't greet. He kept messing up on simple math on paper 3 times. He was more distracted talking to the teller next to him. The process took longer then it should have.

I would like to appreciate Cristian, an employee who works for this branch. For the past two and a half months, my ATM / Debit card order has been so ridiculous that it took me two months to arrive in about a week. I don't know what the true cause is. Before going to this branch, I first went to the Palm Desert branch. However, the results were not good and the response remained unmediated. Then, I went to this branch of Rancho Mirage, and I was lucky enough to meet Mr. Cristian, who was very kind to me, and was very friendly and very comfortable for me as a customer. I was able to do it. And today, I am very happy that the card has finally arrived. I highly recommend this person. Thank you so much Cristian !!

First of all i just want to say that Irina is rude. Me , my kids and my aunty with disability came to the bank to deposit the money,there's a line so i need to seat my aunt ( the one who have an account at the bank)because shes having a hard time to breathe. So when its our turn Irina called me and I immediately went to my aunt to assist her going to Irina's counter. Then when we went back to her counter she assisted the guy before me a regular client why i did say that, everyone in the counter was greeting the guy. We really felt bad and disrespected!

In the past, our Rancho Mirage Chase branch was wonderful. Yesterday, it was just the opposite. 2 days ago, I made a 2PM appt to have a document notarized. Yesterday, I arrived 1:30PM (30 minutes early) and the notary was busy with the previous client. I sat and waited. No problem. The tellers were on/off busy, the rest of the time they were just standing around talking. Again, no problem. About 1:45PM, when the notary was done, she disappeared into the back office. I thought she would be back in a moment. Nope. At 2:05PM, I asked a teller if the notary is coming back because she is late for our appointment. I was told she is having lunch, would be out soon and I need to sit and wait. At 2:15PM, the next customers came in who also had an appointment. No one came to talk to them either. I warned them they are going to wait a LONG time. A few minutes later, a teller FINALLY went to the back room to tell the notary her customers are piling up. After the notary came out, she was efficient helping me. When I complained about waiting, she said the tellers are supposed to tell her when customers arrive. She is half right - the tellers failed to show any interest in helping customers who were waiting with appointments. The notary was also to blame because she could have looked out to see if people were waiting before disappearing into the back room, or checked at her appointment time instead of staying in the back room. In the past, this was a wonderful bank. I hope this is not the new-normal for Chase in Rancho Mirage. If yes, I need a new bank.

This review is for the Chase Bank across Hwy 111 from The River shopping area. Michael, the branch manager, was the representative in the teller window. He was wonderful. Every answer to every question I put to him was "yes, I can." This is a great bank with a great attitude for the customer and his/her wants and needs. Kudos to Michael, the branch manager. Thank you for your customer service. You made my day.

I am a customer of Chase and another bank and I have been with chase for 20 years! One thing that is unbelievable with Chase is that across the country they are the most consistent with their staff, I guess their trainer is far superior to other bank. I am glad that they open in Rancho Mirage now. Thank you all at Chase.

This my go to branch. Never have I had a less then professional experience. Friendly swift service. Never a line so very Covid safe.
