If you are considering purchasing from this dealership, to register in another state (listen up snowbirds) make sure to get them to write down all of the dates as part of your purchase agreement of delivery and registration of your new vehicle. Our experience unfortunately has been they did not meet any of those dates for registration, delivery of vehicle and license plates. We were forced to demand to speak to management because the dealership employees whom we were dealing with for the purchase of our car, would not return our calls. The result was that, we are driving the Coachella Valley for 8 days, so far, without any proof that are vehicle is registered in the state where we paid the dealer to have it registered.

I have purchased multiple high end cars from these folks. I live over 5 hours away yet I want to deal with Indigo Auto Group. They are always very professional, great prices and a large selection of inventory. Also both John and Danny are extremely helpful. Shipping is never an issue and these folks are first class. Had a great experience this past week with Ian, one of the main service advisors. Extremely professional and responsive. Gave me options on service work that made sense versus just trying to tell me "what needs to be done" to the vehicle. Car was done quickly and came back nearly with a full detailing of the interior.

These guys are first class. They communicate over text in real time and give detailed descriptions of the work they propose doing (with estimates of the cost). Can’t say enough good things about their service.

The worst experience ever- but not really the fault of service department. They have a new system which has been set up, but it failed to record texts, voicemail messages, all communication. The nice girls who answer the phones also couldn’t reach anyone personally. I tried for over 2 hours, multiple calls, etc. Finally just showed up there. They were horrified- apologized- took screen shots of my texts and phone log which had not been received. They made an adjustment to my bill- offered lunch- and did absolutely everything they could to make it right. It was the first time to have a bad experience there and I would not expect it again. A technical issue I believe which should be resolved.

The Bentley service department and Jesus in particular, are a reliable and professional team of experts. I had a unique set of circumstances regarding a warrant item that should have covered but denied, and the service team went to bat for me ending in a very fair resolution. These guys care!
