Hindsight is 20/20. Hiring Pat Rosillo as our realtor proved to be the worst business decision I have ever made.
We hired Pat on a referral from a friend for whom she did a very good job representing and selling that property. But that was a few years ago. She's gotten lazy and just a bit senile since then. And cheap.
It's not just that she spends zero dollars actually marketing a property. Or that she's completely unresearched, and is prone to fabulist lies to substantiate some fiction she pulled out of the air.
The photography of my house was grotesque. Pat is SUPER CHEAP on photography. No drone shots. The couple she hired to do the photography acted like they were hung over from whatever they had snorted or drank the night before. And despite having photographed my floorplan before, they were so out of it that they completely missed photographing a bedroom. The view from my yard, which is quite stunning, was pretty much nonexistent in the photographs because they were shot from waist level. The white walls in my house looked yellowed, as if someone had been smoking 3 packs a day in there for 10 years. And while real estate photography uses wide angle shots for interiors, things were bizarrely distorted.
Pat defended the photography, as "You don't want the photographs to look too nice, otherwise people will be disappointed when they show up." The simple fact is that she's too cheap to pay retail for state-of-the-art photography.
Pat was too busy with her other listings and her constant doctor's appointments to show up for showings of my house. That was my responsibility. Pat has a lot of health issues, from crippling arthritis to thyroid cancer, and I suspect significant cognitive decline. The woman is forgetful.
Here is an example of JUST HOW SENILE Pat Rosillo has become: When the contract for her to "represent" our house was terminated, and that's in quotes because she never properly represented it, we asked for her to return the key. She returned the wrong key. It didn't fit in the lock. She insisted that was the key we gave her. We gave her one of the builder's keys we received when we purchased the house.
I predict that within a few years, Pat Rosillo will be in a memory care facility and she won't even remember her own name.
Time for her to retire.

Bad experience with the agents Mark and Kym, they did not represent the buyer (ME) in a 2.3mm deal, this is what happens when the buyer and seller agent is the same person, never again. Our own fault my wife had a bad feeling with Mark from day one, and I disagreed, and when the word 1031 came up that killed the deal, looking at all the poor reviews maybe management will get the hint they have a poor staff.

This realtor's name is Sue Derr. She prices listings low so they move fast. Doesn't care what the comps say or the market dictates. Would never use her after my interaction. Maybe there are other agents in that office who are working for their client and not themselves or maybe just go to another agency. I'm not here to throw away my equity so you can get a paycheck!

Lacking in morality and integrity. The agents in this office prey upon elderly clients that clearly are not in the mental state to make decisions of this magnitude. They preyed on my 94 year old grandmother who has a history with this office, making them fully aware that their client was not of sound mind. When I called to tell them how concerned our family was over this latest transaction, the response we got from Gail was "if it wasn't me, it would've been someone else" And they opened escrow anyway. There is not an ounce of integrity in the agents here or Trish who runs this office. FIND A REPUTABLE REALTOR. There is an abundance of trustworthy realtors in this town that aren't morally corrupt like these bottom feeders.

Marilyn and Roxy Bauer are exceptional real estate agents. Not only are they top in home sales in the Coachella Valley, having won many awards over the years, but they also are such warm and caring people that having them at your side through the stressful process of finding your dream abode makes the search, contract negotiations and escrow more a delight than a stressful process. Selling through the Bauer team is also an amazing experience. Their insights on home sales and pricing are very current and they approach your home sale with a plan to move your property quickly, and at the highest price imaginable. Over the years I've had many real estate transactions with the Bauer team, all A+ transactions both buying and selling. Each transaction as well as referrals of friends to this amazing team has resulted in smooth and exceptional outcomes, both buying and selling. I highly recommend the Bauer team for any real estate transaction in the Coachella Valley. Their theme of cozy places to estates is so appropriate. I've purchased and sold all levels of real estate with this team and each transaction was spot on efficient, pleasurable and met my goals exceptionally. Simply stated, the Bauer team is THE BEST! Thank you Marilyn and Roxy!

Mary Yeakel is a very rude and unprofessional realtor. Her behavior is atrocious and very demeaning. I would not recommend anyone to work with an unprofessional person such as she. Horrible realtor that needs to learn how to treat others with respect.

I really find several of the staff extremely rude and condescending and have had this unfortunate experience on multiple occasions. Really ruins what is supposed to be an exciting time in families lives finding a home. My greater intelligence was rudely challenged by a rookie jr agent, Foenisha. Her communication skills leave much to be desired. I'm dismayed at the way she spoke to us. Completely uncalled for. She lacks the skills needed to be able to be in this industry and is not an asset to this company. In fact she's the reason why I walked away.

The vast majority of their agents have NO business sense and have been nothing but homemakers their whole lives. So, when they are lucky enough to get listings because of their social activities they do not know what to do so you end up getting the short end of the stick, bottom dollar for your place or paying too much if you are the buyer, etc. You will also get ripped off with escrow costs, appraisals, etc too. Lastly, no effort will be made to stage or market. And, if you try to light the fire under their butts, they will gang up against you and treat you very poorly. Fiduciary Duty is simply non-existent with 95% of their agents. I most definitely recommend clients go with a better established broker who actually weeds through inexperienced agents so you are treated in the way you should be.
