Could not reach rep.tried to contact Louis Navarro on his email website, but was to referred to a Vice President in Los Angeles! Finally, resorted to good old reliable YELP”

71939 CA-111, Rancho Mirage“Have only used the ATM's during closed hours so my review is limited to those services. This is a newer branch and is nicely updated. The card reader at the door works well and the ATM inside is quicker than most other ATMs inside chase banks Ives previously gone too. They do have a drive up ATM which is useful if you're in a hurry.”
“Surprised at all the bad reviews. I’ve only had good experiences here - better and less busy than the other branches. When I had a very complicated estate/ trust matter to deal with, a banker worked with me for 90 minutes and handled it like a pro. This is my bank of choice in the area.”
