“We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Rancho Mirage for a short weekend trip in the Coachella Valley. The hotel was modern, clean and convenient to everything in Rancho Mirage and the adjacent city of Palm Desert. It was within walking distance to The River, which has a plethora of restaurants to choose from. Our first-floor room was clean, comfortable, spacious and because it had an exceptionally high ceiling, internally quiet as well. We did not hear any traffic noise from Highway 111 either. The Dove soap and hand cream were a nice touch. Unfortunately, the bathtub was slick as a hockey rink. They should really make tub maps available for the guests. On a brighter note, the breakfast was fine and I had one of those yummy Holiday Inn Cinnamon Rolls. I do wish they had more fresh fruit however!”
