This is the message I got from Altura regarding my terrible service review. Feb 21, 2024 "Hello Steve. We appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, the loan officer you spoke with had an unforeseen family emergency come up that interfered with your appointment, which she attempted to reschedule with you, but was unsuccessful. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience and we will work on communicating these things to our Members as early as possible. Thank you." Yeah, she said that her daughter was ill and that she had jury duty. OK, but why wait until I called her at noon to confirm that we were going to meet at 2:00 PM in two hours!? That's when she told me the meeting was canceled! BTW, She NEVER ATTEMPTED ANYTHING to reschedule after that. I did all of the work to try and make this work. Your branch knew I was looking for a loan officer back in January but I never heard anything back. Your branch needs a major managerial overall!

Amazing service and people! Huge shoutout to Manny, the auto advisor, for a seamless and stress-free first car purchase. Got a car quickly, stayed within my monthly budget. The whole process was fantastic; paperwork done in an hour. Manny was upfront about numbers and fees—no dealership surprises. After this, no more dealerships for me. If you ever have a problem with scams and such reconsider applying here. Marla R. wasn't much help at all and had attitude towards helping me. Carrie was super nice and tried helping but in the end nothing got resolved by the department. Even after that, my card was locked out for almost a month.

Isabella L. You are a liar. Like I said after pleading with you for over an hour you somehow came up with "I can release $100". You told me your hands were tied regarding the rest of my balance. You know you could have helped me but you failed to do so. My moms medication costs over $200 so thanks for asking. Not. The icing on the cake is having to go back to this place to close my account which is what I went there for on Monday. To retrieve my $ and close the account. I don't believe in yelp however I felt compelled to inform. Buyer beware. Negative star

Don’t ever take a loan out even a small $10,000 loan. You never receive your money or checks. They will keep telling you they did but never do! Over a month to receive it and still hasn’t arrived! The worst bank in the country. Why they haven’t been shut down is beyond me.

When i need the ATM on the way to work or the way home, they close down the ATM to unload it of transactions. It would be nice to work on the ATM after the bank opens up, or b4 it closes. The tellers are the nicest and I love the change machine.

Not a fan of the new location.1. There is hardly any parking. I foresee a lot of accidents happening in this parking area.2. The ATM is outside with no privacy at all. At the old branch, you felt secure because you were in a secure area, as the door was locked and you could only access the area with your ATM card.3. The credit union is making money hand over fist...it is obvious with the acquisitions within the last 10 year, and they cannot get a better location for their members?? Sorry guys...I just don't feel the love here!Now I feel safer using Schools First's ATMs inside the grocery stores, where it is light.Something for you to ponder...you need to take care of your members Altura! Maybe consider putting some ATMs inside a few grocery stores?Another issue is that both the old and the new branches were closed onSaturday March 5th, 2022, one of the very few days that I actually needed help due to my daily ATM withdrawal limit that was lessened from $1000 to $500. And please don't respond to me about the daily ATM limit. If you look at my history with you, you will see that it was set at $1,000 daily.

Worst experience ever.. I came here and had to speak with someone over the phone and Kelly#95 in the loan department is the rudest, disrespectful and unprofessional person they have working for Altura. How do you ask for people personal information in a lobby full of people. I informed Kelly I wasn't going to give my information in front of a lobby full of people. Kelly then proceeds to scold me like a child. I will finish my business with Altura and close my accounts after my dealing with Kelly. I asked for a Supervisor and she said their isn't one. I know Altura has Supervisor. I have never been so embarrassed and disrespected by a company where I do business.

Their ATM is always broken. People drive a distance to get to the branch and most of the time the ATM is not working.
