Service Tek is not recommended at all. The workers are rude disrespectful and condescending. Difference between us knowing the difference between frost and condensation and this beautiful Samsung refrigerator has failed and it’s a company fail. This refrigerator is barely a year old and it’s almost as if they want my warranty to run out.

The technician attempted to repair my refrigerator twice but was unable to identify the source of the leak. I am still experiencing the same issue as before. The on-call personnel were not helpful and simply transferred my call to Samsung.

So there is a lot going on in this review/my thoughts on the experience. So I’ll break it into 3 parts.
Technicians: great experience, 5 star, communicative, on time, and honest.
Samsung the company used to service my fridge: First time it was fixed, it was great as it was under recall/warranty. This time they charged me $155 to tell me my $3500 fridge is a paper weight. Thanks…
Samsung Appliances: Not great. It’s crazy to think that not only do they design their fridges bad and get recalled/warranty for life on certain parts, but then they simply break 5 years in. For $3500 I expect a solid product.
So mixing all these things into one, 3/5 stars.
