Horrible delivery guy, very pushy & demanding on the phone. Could barely speak English. Did not follow my delivery instructions and left the package out in the open without a signature where it was promptly opened and the contents stolen. (ILS Decided to use UDS to deliver my package, a VERY horribly rated deliver company)This was ALCOHOL that was left WITHOUT an ID check or a signature! And it was across the street from a Jr. High School. Very Illegal and very sketchy!DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS MONEY!This has been reported to the police and the BBB!Doubt I'll get a response to correct this from this company.

Terrible service, terrible experience.I scheduled a home pick up for a package and was given a four hour pick up window. The company called to re-verify my address (which was correct) an hour *after* the pick up window. The driver never showed up.After speaking with a representative at ILS (who did not apologize), I ended up taking my package to a drop-off location. The package was then delivered to the *wrong address* in the *wrong city*. Several calls and emails to ILS have gone un-returned.
