The worst experience I've ever had in my life.
First, the truck arrived almost an hour later than the time frame they gave us.
Second, they had a miscommunication so only one person came for just moving the boxes (they were supposed to pack AND move the boxes).
Third, I had to wait an hour for another person to come with the hanger box and material to wrap dishes but then, he brought just papers to wrap the dishes.
Fourth, the person who arrived late had an extremely unkind attitude.
Fifth, it was almost 5-6 times more expensive then what I spend with Hyundai Shipping in Vancouver.
Sixth, they said that my stuff will be arriving in between 2-3 days of the desired date but it arrived 5 days late.
Seventh, when they arrived, they almost put down the boxes and almost threw the mattress on the bed and left. They had the extremely unkind attitude again. They didn't even check the numbers on the boxes so I just started to check by myself.
Eighth, they asked for using the bathroom and they spread their urine all over the floor and the toilet. No manners.
Ninth, my clock, candle warmer and candle, book, accessory case and my monitor were broken. However, their insurance covers only $1500 (they say it's $2000 but there's $500 deductible) so it is not enough for me to cover everything.
I would never use HDS again, especially in America.

He also said he was going to use the restroom, so I asked him to use it, and he ended up splattering urine all over the floor and the toilet, so he went away and cleaned it up again. I thought I was going to die because I was dirty. You really have no manners.
