I lived at Woodbend Apartments for about two years. It's tucked away, so it always felt quiet and private. The people who work and live here are so kind. We had amazing neighbors, and it feels like a happy community. Despite living on the first floor, we never heard any footsteps or noise from our upstairs neighbors. Whenever we needed any maintenance, management was on top of it. Shelly is always friendly and ready to help with a smile on her face. The property is well maintained and clean, thanks to Maria. It could be updated but the two bedroom apartment is spacious, which is a huge plus.

Clean and quiet … family has lived here for over a year now…the only complaint i have is if you have guests or more than one vehicle you’re constantly fighting for parking otherwise you’re in for quite a walk out to the street….

At first we loved this place but quickly we saw it for what it was…. Super thin walls, PARKING IS A JOKE, if you have more then one car good luck, manager Valerie is very fake and rude, the maintenance manager has a temper and likes to argue with tenants and will just come into your apartment unannounced , rent is only going up , I would look elsewhere, my family was very happy once we did…. Only good thing is your near the 210

I loved living here. If I did not have to move for work I would still be living here. The complex is pretty quiet and I never had any issues with my neighbors. The layout and space of the units were great. Lots of windows for natural light and air flow. Balconies are also pretty big. The manager Valerie and maintenance staff are super friendly, honest and helpful. Best leasing manager I have ever dealt with. Any issues I had were taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. This property is a short walking distance from the bike path and a variety of restaurants/stores too. Parking could sometimes be tough in the unassigned spots during nights/weekends but there is street parking as a last resort.

Valerie has been so helpful and professional throughout my entire experience at Woodbend Apartments. Thanks to her, I was able to quickly get qualified to move in and she was on top of everything throughout the entire process from move in to move out. I really enjoyed living here – the living room was very spacious, there’s tons of kitchen counter space, there’s a patio with extra storage, and you’ll love having your own in-unit washer/dryer to make laundry a breeze! The neighborhood is very safe and quiet and street parking is allowed overnight if you ever need to. Whatever you need, Valerie will accommodate you professionally and timely to make your experience the best it can be.

You literally can't find apartments like these anywhere around here. Endless grass everywhere, not jam packed, good size patios, great pool area and other amenities, pet friendly and the all the staff are great. Definitely recommend this community for people of all ages.

In-unit washer/dryer, storage, big patios makes this apartment complex above the others. Not to mention, the staff is always on top of it. I’ve lived in two other apartments before Woodbend and I could say this is the best experience. My wife and I moved in after getting engaged because we wanted to live in a nicer community as we were about to begin our new chapter in life. Woodbend checked off everything we needed. Valerie (manager), Juan (maintenance) and Maria (custodian) are always in a good mood making you feel right at home, which in-turn influences tenants to always be in a good mood. They are very helpful and I could tell they really enjoy their jobs. Especially Valerie, she is the most professional and nicest apartment manager you’ll ever meet.Walking around the complex you’ll first notice how well-kept everything is since the staff makes sure everything is well maintained. There’s A LOT of amenities: in-unit washer/dryer, storage, big patio, central cooling, dishwasher, swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ area, tennis court, basketball court, racquetball court, business center, fitness center and playground. All these amenities make a greater experience when you have company over. My nieces loved to spend their winter/summer breaks here and enjoyed all the amenities especially the pool and basketball court. The area is safe. It’s next door to an elementary school, residential area and walking trail. I work from home so it’s nice to have ambient sounds coming from the kids during recess and the trail is good for an afternoon run. There are a few downsides however. Tenants with one bedroom apartments are only allowed one parking space so my wife and I had to always coordinate the parking. There is a lot of guest parking, however, that gets filled up quickly in the evening and weekends. I wish they would sell some spaces because there was A LOT of guest parking available that could have been sold. However, as mentioned before, we are in a residential area so there is plenty of street parking. All in all, this is a great place to live. It’s not going to be perfect, it is an apartment after all, but it’s one of the better apartments to live in. The prices of “luxury apartments” near Victoria Gardens are $500 more than this place and have about the same type of amenities and experience. I highly recommend Woodbend apartments as a comfortable place to live.

Amazing office staff helping us with a lease. The apartments are in a great area with great schools for the kids. Very helpful staff with great communication. More to write after we move in.

As soon as I toured Woodbend Apartments I knew it was the perfect apartment for me. Valerie, the Property Manager, is so wonderful to work with! She genuinely cares about others and is always so prompt in her responses. The apartment complex is clean, quiet, and safe. There are several amenities, such as the pool, hot tub, gym, tennis/basketball court, raquetball court, BBQ, and more. There are beautiful flowers and trees, and the grass is always manicured. The pool area is large and spacious with plenty of lounge chairs and tables, even during the summer! The Pacific Electric Inland Empire Trail runs near the apartment complex, so I frequently go on walks. Each apartment comes with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Other apartments I toured prior to selecting Woodbend, made their tenants pay extra to utilize the appliances. At Woodbend, there are no extra fees charged to use their appliances. All apartments come with a storage closet on the side of the patio, which is so spacious and is at no extra charge. You are provided a covered parking spot. And there is plenty of parking throughout the complex. I receive so many compliments on my apartment and the complex itself from family and friends. I highly recommend Woodbend Apartments!

The apartments are nice! However security is a huge issue here. My belongs have been stolen off my patio, management does not allow lattice or other fencing inside your patio, nor do they provide any security at all. My car has been "gone" through as well. So if you're on the ground floor the patio and walkways are not safe to use after dark.
