Went to the store with my mom because she needed a matching piece with another bottom piece. A short lady with brown hair was trying to help us but there was really nothing matching my moms description so my mom said that she would look on her own and how she did not want to waste the lady's time so it was okay. The lady went back to the front and my mother and I proceeded to walk around the store. About 2 minutes later the lady would then start to complain to her other coworkers about my mom and what she needed and they all started snickering. I luckily overheard them and walked out of the store with my mother angrily and told my mother as she was still looking while I heard them. Not only am I angry but I also hope that the lady who "helped" us gets treated the same way she treated us because that was just rude and unethical. Never going here again even if I was paid to. l

Customer service is beyond terrible. The store has some nice and chic items, but unfortunately the two girls that work over there are very unprofessional and they take away from the store image as a whole. A store without good customer service = TERRIBLE My mother walked in earlier today 08/04/22 and apparently the store was not open yet, so one of the ladies that work there spoke to her very very rudely and yelled at her!! What kind of customer service is that??? She could have politely asked her to leave and come back when the store opens. They have to learn to treat their customers well if they want to stay open during those hard times! Just be kind to people! My mother and I later come in after the store opens and the two people working in there (one of them that treated my mother in a disrespectful manner earlier) was one of them! They do not greet us! They treat us very poorly. One of the girls is asked to go pick a Size from the back for me and she takes FOREVER to grab it. My whole experience in there was a 0/10. Wish I could rate it lower Out of all the Victoria gardens stores they are most definitely the worst store with the worst customer service!

We came into Windsor looking for a dress for my daughter's quince we were going for a non traditional approach and didn't know where to start this beautiful gem De'Ara heard us talking and offered her help immediately she went out of her way to make sure my daughter found her perfect dress she was there through the whole process and every dress when one didn't work she was quick to take comments from my daughter on why she didn't like the current dress and went to find something more suitable she was absolutely amazing and my daughter loves the dress she picked out for her we will definitely be back De'Ara made us promise to come back to show her pictures but we do not mind coming back at all as long as she's there's. Thank you!

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I just had to rave about De'ara! I was looking for a birthday outfit and didn't know where to start. De'ara went above and beyond to piece together an outfit for me and when something didn't workout she was invested to find me something that catered to my needs. Her excitement when I found the perfect outfit made me feel like I was on cloud nine. Especially because I'm in between sizes and we know how that goes and how frustrating it can be trying to find the perfect fit. She truly is a golden star employee and will be back just to see her. Thank you again!

Did not get greeted upon entry even though 2 customer service representatives were standing there. They saw me standing there trying to ask for help and non of the employees acknowledged me or tried to tell me they would be right with me.

When i walked in i was completely ignored. Even when i made eye contact with a couple of the employees a few minutes after entrance, i was still ignored. I had about five items of clothing in my hand while I was still shopping, no one asked if they could start a dressing room for me or anything. Mind you, it was not busy at all, it was probably one or two other people in the store and one of the employees wasn't doing anything. In addition, I when I was ready to try on my clothes I went over to the fitting rooms and no one assisted me so I grabbed a room on my own. Still NO acknowledgment at this point. When i went to check out, they didn't ask me if i found everything i needed or anything. Overall poor customer service. I will not go back to this location

I came here looking for a dress for my courthouse wedding and it was kinda hard to find something in my size but I didn’t ask tbh I felt really antisocial. The lighting in the dressing rooms is super unflattering and makes the dresses look bad. Thank you to Adrina and the other girl that helped me get my dress, I didn’t get her name but she was the first person who asked me for help after being there for a while.

I loveeee Windsor but the Windsor at Victoria Garden is not IT!!! staffs were so rude. Yelling at other staffs in front of customers which is very unprofessional. Not only that but the service here is so slow!!!!

I looooooove youuu Windsors i shop here whenever i am in need of a beautiful fancy gown last minute for a wedding or any important occasion but today you disappointed me the reason why is you only have sizes XS (extra small) , S (small) , Medium , and veryy few times i was lucky to see a Large sooo where are the clothes for the curvier girls who use XL , XXL ?!! I am under the impression just like racism your fat shamming us curvier woman i get that this is for maybe high school girls and what not but even on your website on the bigilion dresses you guys have only 2/1000000 are XL... coincidence i dont knowwww.. well i left empty handed but ready to spend some money on a nice dress but like i said everything was extra small , also i gave u 1 star due to not having a big selection of dresses very minimal i would suggest dividing up the "casual clothes" section smaller and adding more ball gown dresses on the aisles because Windsors is primarily formal dress related when i go to windsors i go for a dress not because i am looking for some jeans. Anyway Windsors i love u but not this store i wont be back anytime soon and you need customers like me to keep your business afloat why because i am a ready willing buyer ready to spend so therefore i dont see this store staying in business long.

One of my fave stores bc of the customer service but recently I went there and saw some new workers and I didn't make much of it but then they started taking about another coworker right in front of me and how strict Cristina was. I think that might be the manage name but when I seen the manager 1. Her shirt was too small for her which doesn't make sense working in retail & 2. She wasn't on the Walky so we had to wait for her to come back to the front 3. They had me waiting for an unnecessary amount of time. Where is the black girl that use to work there?

I was greeted by a tall employee with tattoos, she informed me that the fitting rooms were open, which is good to know before shopping. When I was there, 2 girls were talking about the new manager(I guess), they kept saying "When she comes back things will go back to normal, because she doesn't know what she is doing." I have shopped here before and people come and go, but to have employees talk about other employees on the floor is unprofessional and rude. I was in there around 5-5:30pm, on Wednesday.
