I went in today with my godson because he loves cooking and I was excited so I could buy some buy him some stuff but our experience there was awful to start off I believe her name is Mary Ellen that's what one of her colleague said her name was to start off we were looking browsing and we were trying to find some things and she passed around us a couple times without asking if we needed any help but yet some other lady came in and she asked her do you need any help but didn't bother to ask us and once again she continued passing around us and she continued to ignore us so I had to walk away of course my God son was kind of upset because he did want to get some things but we will never be coming back in here with her rude self.

Absolutely atrocious service. Bought a gift for in store pickup got home and realized half of the items in the box were missing!!Called the store to let them know we got an incomplete order and they told us there was nothing they could do because it was too late in the day. Went in the next day to exchange and was given the wrong item 2 more times. All I ask, is it you double check customers orders especially if they're picking up curbside. Oh, and an apology for the inconvenience would not have hurt. Absolutely piss poor service. No wonder people are going to online purchasing. The in-store experience is garbage compared to what it used to be. For me, it's only worth going in there during the holidays when the temp workers are nicer than the regular people.

Omg! I loved this location and not too far of a drive for me. I had not been to a store in a very long time. I love everything about Williams Sonoma! I wish I could buy everything there, lol. The ladies that were there the day I was in were very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and very organized. I inquired about cooking demos, and I will be registering and coming back soon!

The manager is very rude and unprofessional. I contacted the store today to discus cancelling an item we bought from the store online but she was rude and condescending and told us she could not help and to call customer service that’s what they are for and continued to be rude. Well we called CS and they old us she could have helped us too and canceled the back ordered item. I used to shop there on a regular basis but it’s been going down hill the people they hire are rude and unprofessional. I can buy the same stuff elsewhere and pay much less. But I’m never giving this store my money.

Quality of the products are great. The store is well organized and nice to be in. Employees are not knowledgeable about product. Went in for a Dutch oven and there was a sale price tag of the staub, that said they were on sale in 3 different colors. I chose a color then they couldn't find it and said they would sell me the display. The display was chipped and scratched and there was no additional discount to it so we declined. Anyways, they went to the back and couldn't find the product. We waited 30 mins for it. Then they find it and say it's not on sale. They find a bigger one trying to sell that to us, we said no thanks we want the 5qt. No problem. Lady said another one was on sale. Okay, we wanted to see it. They couldn't find it again. I asked the difference between two of them and she just said one is steeper, the other is round. Again, we don't know and they don't know. We went to this expensive store thinking the employees would at least be knowledgeable. I asked which ones are on sale. She said the small ones. I said can you point them out to me on display? We go over and the ones on sale aren't even displayed. Which is misleading and annoying. A sale sign of listed stains, and they don't even carry them. After another employee pointed to which ones were on sale. The employee who was ringing us up had to help another customer in the middle of our transaction because the other employee didn't know about coffee. Lol. Anyways, my loving patient man bought me the non sale staub for $430, he did his own research for me, grateful for him. Point of this review is to do your own research and not to rely on these employees because they will waste your time.

Beware of Manager Carmina. Very rude, condescending woman. Made a comment that my 9 month old baby was too small for his age and was so bothered with us asking her about the espresso machines . Carmina did not even want to turn on the machines to test them. I don't know who she think she is. Left without purchasing anything because she was terribleCame in few weeks later to correct an issue with store shipping me the wrong Nespresso machine color that I ordered on a different occasion with different associate.Guess what? Carmina was there and was rude again talk down on me . I confronted her with asking her what was her problem with her attitude and reminded her that she took a dig at my son. Was unapologetic. Her buddy Tamra counting register in the back was very supportive of her behavior and laughing at the situation .You can tell that the other sales associates feel stressed around her. Her approach to customers is very unprofessional.

Beautiful store .always well organized well decorated . Lot of fun baking products . Store is very clean and open easy to walk through . Sadly the prices are extremely high and you can get some things very similar a lot cheapper at tj max home goods marshalls or even amazon . Now some of the higher /luxury brands you wont find at your local target or anywhere else , so it really depends what you are looking for .

I just don’t get the hype of this store, everything there you could get cheaper somewhere else. The store itself is just overcrowded with products and employees “helping” people. It’s not a pleasant shopping experience.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN , lady with grey hair short made no eye contact and was so rude and stand offish with me and my husband she was giving us major attitude and was acting like we were a inconvenience to her by being a customer in their store just trying to pay....

Bought my wife a 6 quart stock pot for $200., thinking it would be of good quality. The first time she used it to make vegetable soup it became very discolored. She called the store and asked about their exchange policy since the pot was so discolored after only one use. She was told that they have a strict 30 day exchange policy. We have had it a little over a month, but it was never used until yesterday. Over the years we have purchased most of our kitchen supplies from Williams & Sonoma, this stops Now.

Pricy, but my go-to if I need high-quality culinary tools. The staff is always excellent and pleasant at this location. It's always just nice to walk in and browse too. They had a cast iron on the burner simmering some onion and spices. An authentic scent drifting through the store!
