The team is amazing, has great compatibility, and is very smiley and chipper, making the store feel super warm. Customers report feeling helped gently without being rushed, pushed, or persuaded, and appreciate staff that goes above and beyond. A common point is that the store is pricy, with extremely high prices, and some similar items can be found cheaper elsewhere. However, it is a go-to for high-quality culinary tools and higher-end luxury brands not found in other stores. Pricy, but my go-to if I need high-quality culinary tools. The staff is always excellent and pleasant at this location. It's always just nice to walk in and browse too. They had a cast iron on the burner simmering some onion and spices. An authentic scent drifting through the store!

I always love going here. The Ladies were very kind and helpful. They have goodies for the holidays and the most beautiful dishes for Thanksgiving.
