I have a veterinary surgical referral practice and use quite a few orthopedic powered systems, many depending on nitrogen hoses to operate. I sent two of them in have a new outer sleeve applied, to reduce their diameter, and to have other repair work done. The work done was OK on one hose, the other had a permanet twist at the end that caused leakage of gas. When I returned the hose to be redone, they returned it to me with the large diameter outer sleeve (the same thing I had paid to have removed previously). These hoses are packed into "sets" that have little room and the larger diameter makes them very difficult to place into the pack. Anyway, when I communicated with Irma Rivera, the office manager, and asked that they replace the outer hose the response was, "We do not have any of the smaller diameter air hose available. If any does become available in the future I'll let you know." So in fact they caused the problem and made no attempt whatsoever to fix it. I cannot recommend this type of customer service to anyone. There are other medical equipment repair sites that do much better work and stand behind the work they do.
