Well I made and appointment on Saturday. Next available was Thursday at 7 am. Great. Pull up first in line at 6:55. Bay Doors not open. 7:04 doors not open. Go inside and check in. 56 minutes later get the text update that my service has been started. What's the point of an appointment if you're an hour behind on your first appointment. If you're running behind advise the customer that you're behind. Walmart gonna Walmart.

Zero stars no one gives any assistance. Go to target instead . I was trying to get makeup I guess walmart will lose lots of money from others who just walk pass with no assistance.

The carelessness of this store is ridiculous. They have cut jobs tremendously, and with the money they have saved from not paying people and having robots instead of fixing their outdoor parking lot and adding adequate light, the CEOs have pocketed for themselves. Tonight my child was hurt in the shopping cart because they do not fix their parking lot. My flash was on this area when I took this picture, this is a huge pothole in the parking lot where they crappy cart got stuck in the pothole and dump my child from the shopping cart. With the amount of money this store takes from the consumer you think they could afford to keep their parking lot safe. Have you tried to talk to a manager they don't care it's not their job.

I went here to return a gift I purchased on Black Friday per every other Walmarts policy, holiday returns are valid up until January 31st. It is the 30th. This individual would not allow me to return the broken gift I purchased. I didn't even know it was broken until Christmas Day. He stated that this Walmart has their own manager policy ! When asked to speak to a manager, he stated he was the manager. Until I snapped this photo is when he actually called the LEAD not even the manager. But while waiting he told me he needed me to leave his store or I was going to get escorted out. Prior to this he kept telling me I had more than enough time to return the item(although I did, I was going by policy and common we all have a life) I'd obviously return a broken item the soonest I could, if I had the time. It was my problem and I needed to deal with it. When the lead came she got it approved by phone to get a return via gift card. Although they pulled up the purchase via my debit card. He kept arguing while she was doing the return and I shared how he lied about being a manager, she seemed to not care and allowed him to yell at me to get out of the store and hurry up and leave. Please keep in mind I had my 2 children with me and I am 7 months pregnant! I called corporate but let's see if anything is even done about this guy named HECTOR!

amazing customer service. needed help with skincare & Caleb at the beauty/skin section was extremely helpful & friendly! helped me get a 3 step skin care routine & let me know what to use and how to use it. will be going back for more recommendations, thank you Caleb!

Nobody ever answers the phone in tire center or main line it hangs up after 10 rings I don't recommend ever buying tires here .

My work is supporting a 2023 Ronald McDonald Toy Drive. I love to give during the holidays. I thought to myself... how fun it would be for my daughters to pick out the toys!!! We were on a mission... We got to this Walmart in Rancho Cucamonga. Smaller in size compared to other Walmarts that I've visited. Aisles were narrow and tight. It's a much older Walmart indeed. I was surprised the cart even fits through the aisles LOL. Anyway, I gave my girls these instructions... they each can pick out 10 toys for girls and/or boys between the ages of 0-20... each toy should be $10 or less. We walked through 5-6 aisles of toys. We spent a good hour here picking out toys, games, and stuff animals. It was very fun and a wonderful way to spend quality time with my daughters. I may continue this newly found tradition here on out in the years to come. We found our 20 fun and exciting toys, games, and plushies. A few were over $10 which was fine since other toys were less than $10 so they all balanced out. The lady at the register was pleasant. She even asked who these toys are for and I told her they are for a toy drive. We hope these toys will bring much joy and cheer to the children this holiday season. Thank you Walmart for the great value!!!

After delayed my merchandise shipment for three weeks, Walmart just rushed to refund my purchase. I have never requested for a refund. I want my merchandise. The reason they rushed to refund me because The current price of the Dyson vacuum is $344.57 but it was only $244.99 when I bought it on Thanksgiving sale and they failed to deliver it to me after three weeks. They didn't even apologize for the mishap. They should have let me pick up the item at any Walmart store or should have refunded me with the current price so I can buy one at the Walmart store. I am really disappointed the way they handled my case. I have contacted them a few times to concern about my purchase. but they did not resolve the issue and just said they will contact Dyson then never heard from them again. Walmart is so unprofessional and they put their profit over the value of a loyal customer. They will lose a lot of value customers if they don't handle it correctly.

Was down the hill so decided to stop in to see what brand/stock they had for golf balls. Larger selection than there Walmarts I've been to. From low, mid, to high end, reasonably priced compared to other retailers. Only down side is they are locked up and you have to wait for someone to unlock the case

If walmart wants to be a bank than be a damn bank. I shouldn't have to wait in a long ass return line with other people in line trying to cash their check. Now i cant shop. I have to go work because i sent 30 minutes in line. So Amazon is getting my money.

First of all, I am handicapped I need a knee replacement. Ice asked the people grader if they had carts they she shush me over to the exit building older man standing there did move out of my way. Continue checking people out when I have to enter the building through the exit does that make sense no but the only person that was actually nice to me was a little old lady that was checking me out then the people grader the older lady says hi can I get you a shopping cart because you have a Lectric cart and it doesn't need to go outside I said no I'm not walking. Sorry Man I parked over by the shopping carts then your person that gets the shopping carts. Well, I was like oh enjoy the road looks at me like fuck you bitch do you have some rude ass people that work here Sam Walton's thing was say hello welcome them into your business because why people like me now start writing reviews like this this is my third review the older you get or the younger you are customer service is important. This is a nasty taste in peoples mouth and I don't care about typos or any other bullshit. It's very upsetting. Are used to work for Walmart for times over had no issues but you come to the Rancho Cucamonga one off of foothill. Their customer service sucks minus a cashier that was a little old lady. She was so nice to me everybody else walks past you doesn't ask you high doesn't say hello or anything else. This is unprofessional of Walmart and this is a dish value.

Store is okay for a Walmart, parking lot gets more dangerous by the day. Went to pick up some cat food, as I was loading it in the trunk of my car I saw one of the ghetto gals, a regular tenant of the parking lot, sneak up behind my car and then just stand. So I bust out the cell phone and start videoing as I start up the car and put it in reverse. Before I had a chance to release the parking brake, she hit the back of My car with her hand and started yelling that I hit her. After I showed her the video, through a closed window, she stomped off with some of the most colorful expletives I may have ever heard. I laughed as I drove off. You know it's great to save money. It's better to be safe. If you can afford a bit further drive, maybe choose a different Walmart. Or even better, and upgrade to Target.

Horrible service waiting in a giant line to buy sharpie fine point pens for back to school. Cashier demanded to see my i.d to buy pens I told her I didn't have it but I had a picture and they refused to sell me pens! Do better Walmart never in my life have I've been asked for an I.d to purchase school supplies what's next cashier is going to ask for a SSN card !?!?
