This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to.
They don’t care about you as a “patient” and they are rude.
I recently switched to “Ken’s Pharmacy” in Upland. 1000% better service. This corporate owned “pharmacy” that is Walgreens is absolutely trash. Avoid at all cost. I hope they go bankrupt.

Oh my God...the previous reviews weren't lying about how horrible the customer service is here. I just stopped by to pick up an item, saw it was not stocked on the shelf, then turned to the employee working in the aisle to ask, verbatim, "So sorry to bother you, but is this item out of stock?" She literally started laughing at me wearily like she was annoyed that I disrupted her from her shelf stocking, and ignored my question. Middle aged lady with blonde hair and glasses, I don't know what I did to offend you during the ten second exchange we had, but please keep your horrible attitude in check. I get you're probably worn down having to work a customer service job during the holidays (I know, we've all been there) but I was nothing but polite to you. Have a great holiday, and hope you get the rest you need to keep working this job that you seem to hate so much. Avoid this Walgreens, or don't talk to any of the employees and use self-checkout.

Absolutely garbage. The rudest pharmacist staff ever, would give a 0 if i could. I was one the phone with them at my house and they picked up and i asked my prescription status and they sighed and hung up on me. I drove over there to get in the drive through line and called back, took them 15 minutes to answer, a girl answered and told me that my prescription would be ready by 9 and to pick it up in the morning even though it was urgent. I told them i was there and needed it today, and she told me okay it will be ready in 15. Umm okay how was it gonna be ready in the morning yet i make a big deal about it i can have it in 15 minutes. Never coming back

I am so done with Walgreens! This is the worst pharmacy! They are understaffed, don’t answer the phone and make a big issue when I want my prescription sent to Rite-Aid because they have the medication that I need in stock. Instead of just faxing my prescription over there, they said Rite-Aid has to call them, and they use the same line that we all use to get through, so they deal with no one picking up. Meanwhile, I need to start taking the medication within 48 hours for it to be beneficial.

Clean store, hardly any shoppers. A few were in the pharmacy line, but it was really empty.

Takes up to 2-3 weeks at a time to get prescriptions fill. They only order medication once a week.

Costumer service is trash. Amecia working the photos was extremely rude. As soon as I walked up she was tossing the pictures like she hated her job.. it was extremely uncomfortable. I hope they improve their costumer service.

This is actually a good pharmacy, which is rare! The pharmacist or technician (unfortunately, I did not get her name) I spoke with was compassionate and very patient in helping me sort out my prescription. I was frustrated and upset when I called, as there was an issue with my prescription but this was (unsurprisingly) due to my previous pharmacy. She is exactly the kind of person who should be in this field, thank you!

I'd go negative if I could. Very slow pharmacy multiplied by Walgreen's business model. Will not do business with this facility or any Walgreens.
