This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to.They don’t care about you as a “patient” and they are rude.I recently switched to “Ken’s Pharmacy” in Upland. 1000% better service. This corporate owned “pharmacy” that is Walgreens is absolutely trash. Avoid at all cost. I hope they go bankrupt.

I am so done with Walgreens! This is the worst pharmacy! They are understaffed, don’t answer the phone and make a big issue when I want my prescription sent to Rite-Aid because they have the medication that I need in stock. Instead of just faxing my prescription over there, they said Rite-Aid has to call them, and they use the same line that we all use to get through, so they deal with no one picking up. Meanwhile, I need to start taking the medication within 48 hours for it to be beneficial.

Have used this pharmacy close to twenty years and have always been greeted by very professional and friendly staff. Tamiko is always willing to assist you. Today I met a new girl , Yvette. She couldn't have been any nicer. Rather than tell me to come back she completed my prescription while I waited. She took what started out to be a bad day and turned it into a very good day. I have no reason to go elsewhere.

I went in to use the PUBLIC restroom and was told he just cleaned it. I honestly think it was because I was black that I was denied access anyways beware if you are melanated and happen to stop here!!!!

Takes up to 2-3 weeks at a time to get prescriptions fill. They only order medication once a week.

Awful experience every time I have to deal with this pharmacy. I have a prescription for a medication I take every single day that is on auto refill. My prescription was not filled so I contacted the pharmacy. They said they were out of stock and they could give me five pills. I took the five pills and a week later I called to get the rest. The automated system told me my prescription would be ready at 11 o’clock the next day. When I showed up they told me that the item was still on back order. No one contacted me to let me know this. I have no pill for the morning! I asked what I was supposed to do since they didn’t contact me and they don’t have my medicine? It’s something I need every single day!! She just shrugged her shoulders. They could care less. I asked if they could call another Walgreens and she said it would be 2 to 3 hours. Then the pharmacist walked up and told me I would need to contact the various pharmacies- they don’t have time!!!. I proceeded to contact another Walgreens and was on hold for 45 minutes and then got disconnected! I will not do any more business with any Walgreens. They are horrible!!!!

Waited in line behind two others without a cashier to help. All while a group of the employees huddled around the photo area chatting it up Great reminder that they give out jobs to just anyone these days.

Little to know help with the pharmacy (3 employees behind the counter and no one in line.) Asked to unlock their Extra Strength Tylenol so that I could purchase. She informed me I had to go to the front of the store to have them unlock the case. I went to the front and the clerk had a line. Someone in photography offered to page someone to have them help me. Stood in isle for quite some time and finally got help.

Very rude cashier staff here. I say this as someone who also works in retail. I understand everyone is looking for at home covid tests and the same questions over and over can be exhausting but you don't need to be rude to people who ask nicely and give you no issues. People genuinely need these things right now.
