Processing and delivering 47 percent of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to improve customer experiences. The staff at the 6649 Amethyst Ave location have an excellent attitude, in contrast to the common bureaucratic behavior and poor attitudes found in such institutions. The facility is impressively clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff members are polite and exceptionally helpful, assisting customers with their postal needs efficiently, even during the afternoon rush. However, the post office faces some challenges, such as long lines, limited parking, and a need for more staff. The price is considered a little high by some customers. While the neighborhood is good, the small interior space can feel crowded, especially during peak seasons like Christmas. Customers also note the lack of self-service options, such as stamp machines or package drop-off. Overall, the combination of a clean environment and helpful staff makes this USPS location a preferred choice for many customers, as long as they plan their visit strategically to avoid the busiest times.

One of the last small Post Offices left and even when it’s busy I still get faster service than if I were at the Arrow Blvd office.

The staff who serve me today at this USPS location have an excellent attitude. Typically, bureaucratic behavior is rampant in these institutions, and many of the service staff tend to have bad tempers, poor attitudes, and are quite lazy, behaving as if they're being pampered.
