The efficiency of applying for a passport is extremely low. I made an appointment to apply for a passport at 11AM on Saturday, arrived at 10:45AM, and then waited in line until 2:30PM to start processing. The service efficiency is really rubbish. I definitely do not recommend coming here??????

Staff is very rude. I did nothing to provoke their attitude towards me. They just automatically had an attitude. They should learn how to respect people that don't give them a hard time.

They misplaced my package and did not honor the insurance purchased. Unprofessional and dismissive.
