I worked with Brian on an EDDM order and had no prior knowledge of this process. Brian and team were very knowledgeable and walked me through it while making it a smooth process. They were fast in their turnaround and were very professional. I will be going back in near future.

We have been using USP for the last year and a half to print and ship our post from the UK. The service they have provided us with has been 1st class. They have gone above and beyond to fulfil our requirements which have not always been simple!

This is the world's greatest printing company. I needed some stuff printed for an event at the last minute and they came through like angels. Customer service is thier best attribute. If you need something printed right they are definitely the place to go to.

Where do I even start. Reza, Jessy, and team were such a pleasure to work with!! I came at them last minute with some needed items for a team building event at my company. The shirts, handouts, and display cutouts turned out amazing. With this being so last minute, I emailed and called Jessy after hours on many nights and she was always quick to respond and help out. 5 stars for service, quality, and drive to get the job done on time. This place has probably the best customer service I’ve seen. Been using them around three months for kitting. One day I drive up and realize my tires flat. While I’m arranging a tow truck through Geico, the guys had already lifted my truck, removed the flat tire. Wayne (CEO) throws it in the back of his truck and says let’s go get you a new tire. Drove down the street and got me a new tire, drove me back put it on my car, I grabbed my merchandise and still had enough time to catch the UPS guy. True story. Happened yesterday.
