The employees are rude as hell here, I have been given horrible service multiple times. It seems like this place is never open either, please change hours if you are going to be closed at different times than posted online. I would give zero stars if I could.

I zoomed over after work to make an exchange for an outfit that I need tomorrow, arrive at the store at 8:20, and the doors are locked! The employee inside said that they were closed, but the posted hours for the store say it closes at 9pm. I wasted gas driving over here after work and now I have to come back before my event tomorrow to exchange my item. A waste of my time and gas money, if I knew the store was going to close 40 minutes early I would not have come. Why say you're closing at 9 if you aren't - transparency is appreciated! Not cool.

I came 5 minutes before closing to buy a specific item. I could’ve walked in and walked out because I knew exactly what I was going for but the store was closed and they refused to let me purchase the item. I call that bad customer service.
