I like their hours and their services. Staff is always efficient and friendly. I've been going here for years and it's my go to place for returns and deliveries.

Absolutely horrible UPS store. Went in, tried to print the shipping label using their printing station, and they saw me struggling but did nothing to help. Anyways after 20 mins I asked if the printer is working, they said if it does not work,send us an email, they could not have offered me that at the beginning!!They have no clue what is working. Anyways, Email sent, I received an auto response from UPS, still they cannot see it on their system, 15 mins later I got frustrated and took my packages back to another UPS store. How are you guys still in business??? Very unorganized and chaotic.

I see now why this store has such bad reviews. Customer service is terrible, employee was rude to customers dropping off amazon returns. Good business starts with good leadership and it’s apparent this store doesn’t have it. The ups on haven and 210 have amazing customer service both the owner and ALL the workers something this store lacks

RANCHO CUCAMONGA RESIDENTS PLEASE READ:Do not use this location to drop off your UPS items or do any packing with them. They are extremely unorganized with lines out the door every day and every hour. Packages are routinely lost. I and many of their former customers are using the Milliken/4th UPS store. They Miliken store is managed well, organized, and rarely have long lines. The Highland store has bad reviews and they deserve them. Their manager has not done anything to improve. Stay away

This UPS store is the worst I've ever been to! Today was the second time I visited the first time was some time ago and the employee was very rude and gave off the feeling that she was annoyed and unhappy. That day I figured maybe she was just having a bad day and moved on. Today I returned to pickup a package and nope same type of employee. No greeting, no thank you. Dealt with the type of employee that asks for your ID or change and just drops it on the counter. Two visits same experience... I won't be back.

If you simply need to drop off packages for US, PS, do not come here! They have the audacity to charge one dollar per package, even if you do not require assistance with packaging or shipping cost. When I paid with a $20 bill for my nine packages, they did not have enough cash in the drawer to provide me change and had to give me nine dollars in quarters. If you need to drop packages and want to use a UPS store, the location at 19th and carnelian offers a large bin that is dedicated to dropping USPS packages at no cost to the consumer

Do not bring your USPS packages here! This location, as well as their "franchise" locations charge one dollar per package just to drop them off. No assistance needed with postage boxing or anything. After charging me to drop off packages, they didn't have enough paper money in the drawer to break a $20 bill, and had to give me nine dollars in quarters. If you need a UPS store that won't doubt you, use the location at 19th and carnelian you can walk in and simply place your packages in a large been labeled for the USPS.

It's was last day for my return to get a refund and I got stuck in traffic , 6:59 pm Jeff saw me walking in towards the store greeted me and opened the door his co worker Michelle assisted in processing my returns and all went well 1 min less before it's doors shut time.. now that was service

Came in with a package that had a preprinted label for return. They wanted the label to be bigger then the size I had printed at home. Charged me $2.50 to reprint the label. I get we need to keep the lights on but this nickel and dime stuff can't keep people coming back.

We had to get some documents notarized. Customer service was nice, she even saved me from a unnecessary expense. It was greatly appreciated.

This has to be the WORST ups location I have ever been to. The employees work at the pace of a snail...actually I think snails move faster than they do. They are always understaffed so expect to wait 30-45mins.

We've been mailbox holders at this location for almost two years now, and UPS Store mailbox holders for 12 years. This is the absolute WORST location we have ever had to deal with. The employees are rude, barely speak to customers and, when they do, have been overheard making snide remarks such as "Oh, surprise. Another Amazon return!" as a customer walked to the counter. The line is almost always out the door, mainly because it's a cluster**** inside. Our packages and mail get lost routinely, and they'll send you package text notifications at 10 PM - 1 AM. You'll also get package notifications in your mailbox three days after packages arrive, if they bother scanning them in. When you tell someone in the store, you don't even get an apology! To make matters worse, I've contacted the UPS Store HQ THREE TIMES and never once gotten a response from them. Save yourself the headaches of waiting in line and take your business somewhere other than a UPS Store because the same person who owns this one owns multiple locations in the area.

Avoid going to this UPS store if you can. Staff here is really rude and does not care about customers.Thrice I have sent a print request to this store, 1st time the print outs were ready when I went, 2nd time they were not ready even though I had received the email that they are, but they printed it on the spot and gave it to me. 3rd time, I received an email to pick my print outs and when I went, the associates over there told me that they cannot find my print request. When I tried showing them the email, they said they have a huge line of customers waiting behind me hence they cannot help look anything for me. They told me to give a print again and I told them that the docs are at home on my laptop and they told me to go home and give a print command again. I told them I can wait until they finish serving the customers and then they can help me, but they just said 'Sorry, print it again'. You have to pre-pay when you print and I lost my money since I didn't get my print-outs.Also during the same trip I dropped 2 packages to return them to a company. The company received one package and the other was lost and no one here is even ready to answer you as to where the package must be. Luckily the company has insurance, so they took care of it.
