I've had a box at this UPS location since 2017 and have always received excellent customer service. The staff is fast and friendly. Those leaving negative reviews probably had their energy returned. Treat others with kindness and respect if that's how you'd like to be treated.

I come here all the time and have never had any difficulty. I drop off Amazon returns and send packages with ease. Service is good.

Been in many times… unfortunately I can’t say I’ve received “good” service, it’s always a little short staffed, and there’s usually a line.
Additionally, they literally charge you for every little thing…
