Went there to do a PPT. Crowded with customers trying to beat the July 1 tax increase.
Everything went fine. The salesman was fast and thorough. Excellent service.
As opposed to Ammo Bros. Who wanted a federal ID for a seller roo. Which isn't required by law. Their excuse was that it was for a residency check. Since when is a gunstore playing INS.
Turners did not require it and stated it's not a legal requirement for a OWNER/ SELLER to have it. Only a BUYER.
And nowhere on their website do they state that it's required.

Long over due Update:
My people here @ TURNERS ONTARIO are the best. Again, absolutely the best. I can't stress how easy it was to get the info and procedures needed to acquire my first handgun...
All My future firearm purchases will be through this location, directly because of the customer service and knowledge available through every employee.
Everything you want and need in one store!
Thanks again guys! Keep up the good work!

Friendly and knowledgeable. Nice layout and well organized. Prices are clearly marked on the shelves. And prices are much lower than the competition.

This is the slowest place in the face of the planet. Get ready to wait for 3 hours to pick up something you already purchased.

Went to this spot to spend my hard earned money, and got ignored.
I wanted to buy fishing equipment for my sons first trip, and got ignored by the guy helping a pretty young lady
then after I politely waited 15 minutes he finally said it was his day off
why didn’t he just tell me while i was waiting?
no one else came to help.
turned me off to this spot.

Just wanted to share my experience with one particular employee named Samantha. She was very rude and kept looking at me with her side-eye and poker face while I was asking her to show a few guns I was interested in buying. She didn’t even want to go check the inventory to see if they have the gun in the warehouse. It seemed to me that she was so unwilling to speak with me that she just wanted me to leave the counter without helping me out. She also left me hanging for 10 minutes to help some random person even though she was supposed to help me(as it was my turn). Honestly, all the other employees are chill and cool people. But this woman is the exception. I’d still go to Turners from time to time, but this unpleasant experience is making me feel like going to other stores every time I want to buy a new firearm or just ammo.

Very rude customer service by sales representative. She was fine and nice with other's, when I was waiting in line. But I don't know what happened to her in it was my turn. She showed me a handgun I wanted it but it wasn't very comfortable asking any questions I had. She clearly made me see that she doesn't want my business. I started paper work and just left at the pay counter and told them, they are very rude and left. I have bought 2 guns from old location in Rancho. But never again.

This place is probably the worst place to go to buy a firearm I really don’t recommend going there one of the employee she is white and fat I don’t know her name but she was really friendly with the customers ahead of us and when it was our turn she was really rude did not even look at us. Told the front desk and ended up not buying the gun and left. She seemed really racist bc I looked different so I really don’t recommend going there AT ALL.

I’ve always had a good experience, often exceptional, at the Turners I visited in the past. I’ve visited any that are relatively close and everyone has been helpful from the clerk, to guys behind gun counter, to the manager. Yesterday I had stopped by the turners in chino hills to start a background on my new gun that had just arrived and I was supposed to get some oil for my guns as I was gonna go Saturday to the range. I ended up forgetting and I was closer to this location came in for my oil and that’s it. I came in and wasn’t greeted, I know not mandatory, but a nice gesture if done. I got my oil and proceed to the counter. There was no line just the clerk assorting stuff. I said hi and no response she just looked down on me and walked around to the cashier. I still had the oil in my hand and I had turned around to see what my son was looking at. When I turn back around she just looking down on me with her hand out still no word I give her the oil and she rings it up and says 22.84, it was 22.82 by the way can’t even read numbers correctly I guess. She puts the receipt on the counter and that’s it doesn’t say thank you have a nice day or anything. I’m not saying she’ll ruin your business but she’ll ruin some people’s days with that attitude. We as a community have to stick together and be cool with each other and for the most part we are but people like that can go ruin another communities day. The clerk name on the receipt is Samantha N so to Samantha I hope you were simply having a bad day and that just isn’t who you are regardless tho won’t be visiting this location anymore because of you.

I usually like to shop here everyone is pretty friendly and helpful for the most part. I brought 2 friends to buy fire arms and the employee who originally helped us at the counter was nice and helpful. Although at the register when we went to pay for the handgun safety certificate the cashier (Samantha) I believe which she was not wearing a name tag (we had to ask another employee) was extremely rude and seemed like she was miserable working there at the cashier. I want you to know I won’t be going to this location anymore because of her. Big thumbs down.

Everyone in store is awesome except for Naomy. If you don’t know what you are doing and don’t like your job enough to give a * then quit and stop giving awful services.

This store location needs more help. Very slow in helping customers. On a slow day just to buy ammo plan on waiting 45 minutes before you get help.
