Went to Home Depot today after stopping at a couple of Christmas tree lots looking for a tree was surprised at their selection of trees, nice and not bad for the price in comparison to the other lots choices and prices. Chris had great patience and helped me out in selecting a tree and opening up a few others that I could look at. I think she is a beauty and I'm decorating her at the moment. The guys cutting the tree and netting them were nice too. Chris and Eric put my tree on my car. Super nice guys. Thanks alot again guys and Merry Christmas!

When I go to Home Depot, I usually always have a positive experience. The employees are friendly and helpful. I recently bought a refrigerator and the person who waited on me was Cynthia. Cynthia was excellent. She knew the products well, she was friendly, went out of her way to help my son and I. She was also very good at explaining the warranty. She was very thorough and detailed. And she handled everything and a quick manner but was also efficient. I highly recommend this location and I definitely recommend Cynthia, if you're buying a refrigerator. Thus far. I am very happy with my refrigerator and her services. Excellent.

This is a home Depot problem. I ordered product from Home Depot who uses Temco to deliver their product. The moment I open the door the drivers reeked of alcohol. They came in short and rude. When these men saw that my husband was not home they continue to talk down to me and told me when I had questions that they had other customer to deliver too. I felt like I was in danger because they were so aggressive with me. The delivery driver broke our water valve and scratch the side of our existing refrigerator and in his drunken speech he denied it. I refused the delivery and I told them to get off my property before I call the police. I will never purchase any appliance from Home depot again on principle because of who they hire to deal with their customers.

Just came in and got profiled Had to return an item and the lady told me to bring it back to the front for an even exchange When I was coming back up to the front one of the other ladies came up and blocked my way thinking I was trying to walk out the door Please train your employees better If she were to touch me I would have hit her just because she had touched me I'm not trying to be an asshole or anything I just don't like people touching me (equal rights equal fights)

I was finalizing my purchase and ask the cashier if I could receive assistance in loading my truck with my purchase. She asked her assistant to page for a carry out for me. There was no response. I asked if he could page a manager for assistance and he replied they "Won't Pick Up". I thought that was strange since I've been in retail for 35 years. I asked the cashier who had helped me to ask her associate to again pare and she mentioned that he doesn't wish to help.Well, I will be going to Lowes from now on.Rich S

You've seen one Home Depot, you've seen'em all. The only opportunity for this location to excel was in providing reliable customer service and they fumbled it in the self-checkout aisle; yes, the only place that requires zero human interaction. ...this place has no ApplePay but it does have a large guy at the self-checkout line ready to yell "NEEEXT" when you ask a simple question. Glad to say I was kicked out of a Home Depot on the lords day.

Here to make a return, purchased a sliding door handle from Home Depot at another location. No lines in the return area , older lady was friendly , greeted me a good morning and got me out of their in a quick moment. Did purchased some zep brand grout cleaner skid window foam spray . Hope this come out clean like what I saw on tik tok lol

If I could give Home Depot -5 stars, I would. I hope my story can save you from the terrible purchase mistake I made with Home Depot (though purchased from Rancho Cucamonga, HD has the same rules for ALL online purchases). On Sept. 4, 2022, I purchased the 56" x 22" Heavy Duty Rolling tool chest for $1506.35 (order number W894825548). It arrived in about a week with the lower 400 lb cabinet on a pallet, and the upper 280 lb chest in a cardboard box with foam around it. With 3 adults lending a hand, we removed the lower chest from its pallet, carefully tilted it back on pads and installed 6 large castors before turning it upright. Upon opening the upper chest and removing it from it's box, we found irreparable damage to the frame. 2 phones calls to Home Depot and an hour and a half to be told 1) The entire set must be picked up by freight and returned to HUSKY, as HD does not sell this item from stores. 2) I must completely disassemble and wrap both halves as they were when delivered (removing the wheels!). Freight will notify me in the next 5 days of a pickup time. 3) HD will then refund my order 3-5 days AFTER freight picks it up!!! No other options, period. HD even had the gall to ask me if I would like to order and pay for the replacement while I was on the phone! I suggest you don't buy ANY Home Depot items online at all. I will be taking all of my future business to their competitors in my area. (By the way.....HD doesn't actually care, and they'll tell you as much on the phone).
