The absolute WORST company to deal with. They make a mistake on a part and then deduct 30% when it is returned. They will not answer emails or return phone calls. DO NOT USE THEM!

Absolutely horrible place to deal with. They shipped me the wrong part then charged me 30% restocking fee on THEIR mistake. Multiple emails and phone calls not returned. They don't care and clearly have no idea what they are going. I gave them a 1 star because there was nothing lower. Buyer beware!

shipped me a damaged iss pca. Refuses to send me a replacement until I release the PayPal claim. After I refused they quit responding. Horrible customer service.

Once the credit card issue was resolved the delivery and condition of the products were great. Once installed, all works. Thanks. There was an issue trying to reach someone via phone and email, it took a third call to get someone to help.

Good prices but only open Tu-W-Th and impossible to reach. I needed my parts quickly but the web store did not show availability. I ordered them anyway.As the days ticked by, I was getting worried and my 2 emails and 1 phone message went unanswered. I waited without news and the parts eventually arrived a week later.Be forewarned, that Toner2print does not email an invoice so you'd better save it from the website after placing your order if you're going to need it.

company was sent photos of a part needed, said they have it and can send it, instead they sent a different part to force a RMA which they can then steal 25% of the sale price for restocking fees. avoid business at all costs. HP is a shady company for partnering with said company.

Do not do business with this company! Completely unprofessional and I am pretty sure it’s not an actual company. Ordered ink in December did not get it until March! Then when I try to return it it took over a month to get the return approval. When they did finally return it they gave me only partial credit claiming the toner had been used. It had not! I literally emailed six times with no responses. I also called multiple times, left messages and only was able to talk to someone today! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

First off, they canceled my order....twice. They said something about it being back ordered and if I wanted it, I could simply order again. So, I did. Guess what happened? They canceled it again. When I called to find out what was going on, I never got in touch with a live person...not in sales, not in customer service, not in accounting and definitely not the operator. Worst company ever.

My home printer had a piece of paper stuck in it that I could not get out and I could not figure out how to take the printer apart. I searched for printer repair, found this business, called and was told to bring it in. I was a little hesitant because I thought maybe they only worked on large business printers. Well, I am very happy they were able to repair the printer and even cleaned it! Highly recommend this business for your home printers, desktop printers, multi function printers and larger business printers/multi function machines.
