Horrible!! please stay away from this place. i went in today looking to make a purchase of a pair of shoes, however, I walked around the store without one single employee greeting me. No one even asked if I've found everything okay, I felt very uncomfortable, and decided to just walk out. If you want better service, just drive over to the ontario mills mall, where the employees are much more pleasant

I went Christmas shopping here for my son and found some clothes he loved at good prices. There was a girl there named Madison who was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that.

Won't open second cashier even if there is a huge line. Manager and employees would rather play with tags on clothes then open up a second cashier to move line down. Wasted 40 minutes of my time to just buy a hat.

I recently went to this Tillys with my son to purchase some clothes and while I was there something fell out of my purse. I did not realize it until later that evening, well after the store was closed. Called first thing this morning and one of the workers (possibly daisy, can't remember) found it and new it was important and put it away. So grateful for honest people!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Very bad customer service. I had receive a few items in January but got Covid for a while and couldn't return it by the due date. I couldn't even get half my money back? Ridiculous. I waited in line for almost 30 mins... worst service ever.

The manager “Cloe” or however you spell her name at the Victoria Gardens store did not give us the time of day. Tried to return an item and flat out said it smells like it’s been washed. Never assume, simply ask if it has been worn. I had the tag to the item and just because it was not attached it was not able to be exchanged for something that I did want to buy, I mean, can’t you scan the tag to make sure it matches the product?

I, my family, my daughter along with her friends will never ever do business here again. In October my husband purchased me some black Rainbow sandals in small. I immediately went back to the Rancho Tilly's store where he purchased them to obviously wait an hour and a half in line outside (in the Covid Pandemic wait line) to get inside the store only to find that they had hardly any sandals nor the medium size that I needed. I asked an associate of Tilly's when or if they'd be getting more sandals in and I'm told "probably not"; disappointed, so I leave. Mind you, I had my infant with me. Fast forward to December: I go back to the store with the same bag, receipt, brand new, black, $55 rainbow sandals with all it's attached, in prime condition tags and cardboard holder. I wait once again in the Covid Pandemic wait line, this time without my child, for an additional hour only to find that they are still sold out of this sandal and any other possible sandal in my size that I might even be able to exchange them for. So, once again I leave. No assistance either might I add because this Tilly's is known for the worse customer service in recent years. I know this more so having a teenager who likes the clothes at Tilly's but always dreads having to shop at this location due to the pain it is to get to the store, in the store and most of all it's poor customer service. Fast forward to this week, January 27th when I called ahead in the early afternoon to ask if they had this particular sandal in stock in my size (Medium). I even say, it's been a few months but I have the sandals in the bag with the receipt and all it's pristine attached tags and cardboard holder. I'm told they can do the exchange if I have all of that. Perfect! This time instead of going myself and dragging my infant son out with me to wait in that dreadful line in the cold; I ask my daughter to run by while she's out to do the exchange and she does. She waits in line with her friend and they are told no the exchange cannot be done because their exchange policy determines that it had been too long to "exchange" regardless of the pristine condition of the sandals. Four associates on the floor. One person working the register and over ten people in line. When confronted, the associates said they'll get someone on the cash register as soon as possible. They never did. I'll never return to this location. Good thing I put extra time on the meter since I wasted most of my time in this store because they couldn't allocate their employees resourcefully

I felt so welcomed by a young lady by the name of April! She was very friendly and sweet helping us at the fitting rooms about a week ago and grabbing different sizes and even helping me pick out some clothes for my kiddos. I'm definitely coming back to this store.
