I took my dog here to get her nails trimmed because i was scared to cut too much and when i went they took her in and a little while later an assistant came out to let me know my dog was too nervous to continue so i said okay and when they brought my dog out she had scratches all over her face and they had cut her nail so badly that it was bleeding and almost looked mutilated. when i complained about it one of the ladies claimed my dog came in like that which was completely untrue then very stupidly changed her story to “she got her nails stuck on the vets coat and ripped part of her nail out” save your dog and dont come here, not only did they harm my dog but also they couldn’t even take responsibility.

I agree another review said they over charged, our cat has skin problem. the first time they put a cone on her head to prevent she lick, after two weeks the problem still there even worse. Second time, they told us to change her cat litter, because the cat litter made she infected again. Normally, when we see a doctor, the doctor will tell us the contraindications. For open wounds, in addition to disinfection and sterilization, the wound must not be exposed to an environment that is prone to secondary infection, and cat litter is an environment that is prone to infection. The doctor did not tell us during the first treatment. Instead, he only took one measure to prevent infection at a time, which is very unprofessional，Obviously, their purpose of doing this is not to cure her immediately, just to make us spend more money in their hospital.

Dr. Weigand and Dr. May and their Team took care of all our dogs for almost 20 years! We have moved out of state but we remain very grateful!

Workers very friendly & patient assisting us. Assistant very gentle while weighing and checking my pomeranian temperature. Dr. then came asked a lot of questions, and was very thorough while rechecking her. She even called my husband that evening to go over bailey's results with him as well. I really trust taking all 3 dogs to Terravista vet. We also lost our pom Sonny,and the staff was very helpful and caring. I'd definitely refer anyone to Terra Vista

I would highly recommend this place, wonderful and caring staff, Dr. Weigand was very kind. Our 16yr old cat Charlie (aka King Charles) was nearing the end of his journey and we couldn't see him suffering any longer. Their office was very clean and felt warm and homey. They were very professional, compassionate and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye to the King....we will miss him greatly. Thank you Terra Vista Animal Hospital :-)

Thanks to everyone at Terra vista animal hospital. I took my grandma’s puppy Rex in an emergency. After being stabilized he was transferred over to a 24 animal hospital. I received a phone call from Terra vista, asking how Rex was doing at that time he was still on oxygen therapy. Unfortunately Rex passed on a couple days later. We received a condolences card from Terra vista, signed by their team. It was honestly heart warming that they took time to send their sympathies even though he had already been sent somewhere else. They truly care about their patients. ?✨?

We have 3 Irish Terriers that have always been treated with respect & the best care possible by their Primary vet Dr May & by all the other vets on staff when she wasn’t available. I highly recommend this clinic to all pet owners.

I came to this hospital because my fur baby needed a dental procedure. The staff was super friendly and really made me feel better and assured that everything would be okay. After her procedure they continued to call to check up on her. They also adored her and I just have to say I really like this hospital. They are very affordable as well

To the staff of Terra Vista. THANK YOU! I had to make the tough decision on May 16th 2023. They are nothing but the best here. I do not know how they do it watching hearts break everyday but at Terra Vista they can actually mend them as well.In life we all want to be in good hands, So put your beloved animal in the best hands.Once againThank you.

They have their good qualities and they have some really bad ones. One in particular being, if your animal has an allergic reacting or gets sick from the medicine they prescribed, you cannot be seen without paying for everything all over again even though it's not your fault their medicine is making my dog sick. I wasn't offered a discount. I wasn't offered a comp on medicine or even medicine to make her better. I was simply told to return to the hospital and they will charge me full price for everything all over again. So they $400 I already spent was for nothing. Not only is the original problem not fixed but now my dog looks like she is dying. This hospital is money hungry and they prey on the people less fortunate than others. They take advantage of sick and dying pets so they can drive fancy cars and live in big houses.

I am so thankful to have found Dr Shearer. She is so knowledgeable and truly cares for the well being of my pets. She goes the extra mile to explain everything and is very patient. I really couldn't ask for more.

This review would have been 5 stars till they did a bait and switch. They told me 600 to spay my 3.5lbs puppy. Then 6 days before the surgery they send me a bill for 988.00. I'll never go back I've called other vets and was told this place is known for scams like this.

We are very grateful to Dr. Weigard and his team who took excellent care of our fur baby Rocky. We made a last minute appointment on a Monday due to being unable to get a follow up with our current vet. We didn't have to wait very long and was able to leave with peace of mind after a very stressful long weekend. Our pet had an issue with his paw. Terra Vista was very hands on and followed up to check on Rocky. My husband was able keep in touch via email with photos. Dr. Weigard has a very good bedside manner and was really very nice and calming. Thank you all so much. Rocky is doing great. Rocky's Mom

If you want a Veterinarian Office that cares about you and your pet this is the place to come. Excellent medical treatment. Great Customer Service and fair pricing. You will not feel like you are just an opportunity to get as much money out of you as possible.They are caring and kind and explain everything to you and communicate with you. They work to get you in for an appointment or urgent care and don't make you wait weeks or hours. I wish I would have known about them when I first moved here, but I didn't and now I will never go anywhere else again.
