Go see Marc! He was very helpful in breaking down and explaining the offerings from Tempurpedic, as well as helping me and my wife make the right choice that best suited our sleep needs. We’re glad we purchased our smart mattress and smart base at this Tempur-Pedic flagship store in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Arriving Sunday, half an hour before closing time, we were greeted by Orlando who was extremely friendly and eager to answer all of our questions, including technical ones. Orlando also showed us excellent command and knowledge of the different models and products they offer and he masterfully explained how different mattresses and bases performed. He also informed us of all the discounts we qualified for at the time. Orlando continued to carry himself in a professional manner, even after more than one hour beyond the store’s closing time (sorry about that guys?). We experienced no rush to go home or sales pressure tactics from him. Kudos and many thanks to Orlando and to the entire Rancho Cucamonga flagship store team (Tom and Matt). Keep up the good work guys ?

Fantastic buying experience! Came in with no experience about buying a new bed and Matthew took care of me from start to finish! Left the store with a new bed ordered, a smile on my face, and not a doubt in my mind I went with the right store! Thank you for such a great experience!

Had a great experience shopping here. I worked with both Tom and Matthew (store manager). I purchased my mattress and had for 90-days to try it out. Unfortunately for me I have really specific back issues and the mattress did not work out. The mattress was amazingly comfortable, but my back (which was hurting before purchase) was just not liking it. Matthew worked with me in different positions I could sleep in or potential other mattresses, but we ultimately decided to go back to a traditional mattress. We will be back to purchase a mattress for my kids when they get a bit older though.
