I recently visited a local Target store for a quick shopping trip. My experience was fairly average, with both pros and cons to note. On the positive side, I found the store to be well-stocked with a wide variety of items. From clothing to electronics, groceries to home decor, the store had an extensive range of products to choose from. The store layout was also easy to navigate, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the premises. On the other hand, I was disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed to be stretched thin and were not readily available to assist with queries or concerns. When I finally managed to locate a store associate, they seemed rushed and provided minimal assistance. Additionally, the checkout lines were quite long, and there weren't enough open registers to accommodate the volume of shoppers. A more efficient checkout process would greatly improve the overall shopping experience.

I have been to this Target twice, and for some reason, a couple of employees act horribly if you are paying with cash, like paying with cash is some sort of tragedy or that it signifies that you MUST be of a lower class. I was just there yesterday, and I was asking my sister if it mattered which self-checkout we used because I am not familiar with the area or this location, and the cashier/employee in charge was incredibly rude and basically snapped that if you're going to use cash, YOU HAVE TO USE THAT ONE!!!!!!! She was significantly nicer to the people behind us who she *though*t were using cards, and therefore better patrons. Funny enough, my sister and I weren't using cash. I have been treated better in every other Target. Do better! Using cash is not a tragedy. It is a NORMAL way to pay for necessities. So is using a debit card. Nobody should be treated like trash because of their payment method. What is that about? Maybe that employee needs retrained but she made it extremely unwelcoming. Imagine getting snapped at when you are a responsible patron who causes no trouble and are paying for your items. I was raised better than to judge people by their jobs, but there is no reason to be stuck up when you work at Target. There is no reason for that at all. Maybe come back down to reality and treat ALL people with respect.

I understand it is the holidays and the wait time for drive up can be long. However after waiting for an hour (yes a hour) we asked if it would be much longer and the associate said "we are really busy and doing the best we can". Okay understandable so we continue to patiently wait for another 45 min only to be told our check in was "dropped" from targets end!!! We are told to go inside and pick it up ourselves. We proceed to go inside only to see a ridiculous long line and on top of that are told it will be another hour to get our order. Tried calling to speak to a manager and the line kept getting disconnected. Can I get a refund on the time I wasted waiting for my order that never came.

Got an order for drive up and the staff was slow and lazy. People, including me, were waiting for their orders that were piled up and ready to be brought out, but instead of doing their jobs the staff was talking and joking around meaning we had to wait longer and it wasn't until another staff member came out and got them to do their jobs that we got what we needed. The one star was for her and her only. Zero stars for the rest of them.

Target in RC on foothill is awfully run, unorganized staff not competent, lead staff not professional especially Corine the morning manager. I once enjoyed the target experience, now it's just looking like a red Walmart. Please someone help this location get it together. We're lacked with resources in the area and unfortunately this target is the highlight. Attention is needed asap.

I like this Target because it's local and convenient. However what I dislike is checkout. They recently installed 16 self check out lanes with 8 on each ends of the store. However most of the times only one side is open and whatever side is open they only have 3 or 4 of the 8 registers open. Once they told me it was because they weren't working. They're brand new! Make it make sense. I think it's because they don't want to have multiple employees having to watch self checkout. Interesting recently they had special visitors and all registers were open. If y'all are gonna have only a couple actual cashiers than y'all need to have all self checkout available to use. Very inconvenient for customers.

Came in today and wanted to try to return some pants that didn't fit so i went to exchanges and the lady who i assume is a manager i didn't get her name but she had a elephant tattoo on her arm was rude and when i said i lost the receipt she looked me up and down as if i had just found the pants and was trying to scam them or something. Felt extremely discriminated against and she was also rude to other customers and definitely did not want to be there. If you don't like your job then quit ! Don't take it out on the customers. Also seen one of her employees ask her for help to which she didn't provide any !

After waiting 15 min. for the Return employee to return for an online order the line was getting long. I even asked a Security person if anyone was working. She said they were short staffed. Ummm, I counted 12 different employees in my 15 min. just waking by not asking if anyone needed help but had time to ask about each others day and lunch. You're not short staffed. Your manager doesn't have the right people in the place at the right time. I tried to return 2 backpacks that I didn't use with the tags attached. The girl said they were on clearance for $7.99, but still regular price in the app. I didn't think clearance went back to Reg. price. The chat option online was no help and don't bother wasting your time trying to call. No one answers. Oh well, I won't be back to Target. Their product selection is nothing special. They need new buyers and need to know who their customer is. Everything they sell you can buy on Amazon and Amazon has never disappointed on a return. Adios Target.

This target is @$$. And steadily declining. The management sucks, and theydon't Care at all about customers , about improving , dont care to hear complaints and address issues. @$$$$$$$$ They only get a star because to post you absolutely must give at least one star

If I could give negative stars I would ! So While shopping at Target today during the Halloween clearance, I encountered a discomforting situation. I do like to take my time and scan every item ( since they're not always labeled correctly ) , then While scanning items through the Target app, I noticed associates seemingly observing my actions. I was there for quite some time and little by little they made me feel uncomfortable by always having an associate staring at me . I decided to leave, As I proceeded to the self-checkout (because the cashier lines were long as usual ), two loss prevention team members positioned themselves around me, creating a sense of unease and intrusion. One stood behind and one in front of me ! I scanned my items paid and left but the entire The experience left me feeling uncomfortable and scrutinized, especially during my checkout. I value Target's commitment to customer safety but I hope they implement more discreet methods. Having three children, We spend hundreds at Target every month, And trust me I have no necessity to be stealing clearance Halloween items in November ! I used to love target but after this experience, I don't know how I feel about them anymore. Ps. I called several times to try to speak directly to a manager and address the situation surprise surprise they didn't answer the phone.

This location is the worst. I put in a drive up order that normally takes about 2 hours to be ready at this location. They took 3 hours so I didn't even get to pick it up since it was getting late, that's fine. I went the next day, it was a lot of essentials that I needed due to being sick. They were pretty busy but had maybe 4 workers working outside for the drive up. And they still took almost 20 minutes to give me my order. Even the guy the next to me complained after they handed me my order that he was there before me waiting. So unorganized and to top it off they gave me bananas that were already going bad, and my bagels were squished. The target in Upland has way better service and they are a lot quicker with orders. Don't waste your time at this one. The service sucks, and they are always out of stock of everything.

Target in Rancho Cucamonga on Foothill/Haven has the most unprofessional and weak management team. I walked into the women's restroom around 1:00 in the afternoon and there was a large dog lying in the middle of the floor. There was a makeshift bed with clothes and personal items in the handicap stall. There was blood on the floor in 2 of the stalls. When I reported this the manager said that they can't do anything about it. She said the only cleaning person on duty was male and they would have to wait until the female restroom "resident" and her dog vacated until it could be cleaned up. This is unacceptable and a poor excuse to not maintain the store restroom.

Getting there: From the 10 fwy, take the exit for Archibald, head north, and make a left onto Foothill. You'll find the store on your right. The parking lot is big but can get crowded during peak times. Experience: I absolutely love this Target location! The store is well-organized, clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus, they have a fantastic selection of products, and I always leave with more than I intended to buy. This Target location will always have you covered.
