I recently visited a local Target store for a quick shopping trip. My experience was fairly average, with both pros and cons to note. On the positive side, I found the store to be well-stocked with a wide variety of items. From clothing to electronics, groceries to home decor, the store had an extensive range of products to choose from. The store layout was also easy to navigate, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the premises. On the other hand, I was disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed to be stretched thin and were not readily available to assist with queries or concerns. When I finally managed to locate a store associate, they seemed rushed and provided minimal assistance. Additionally, the checkout lines were quite long, and there weren't enough open registers to accommodate the volume of shoppers. A more efficient checkout process would greatly improve the overall shopping experience.

I have been to this Target twice, and for some reason, a couple of employees act horribly if you are paying with cash, like paying with cash is some sort of tragedy or that it signifies that you MUST be of a lower class. I was just there yesterday, and I was asking my sister if it mattered which self-checkout we used because I am not familiar with the area or this location, and the cashier/employee in charge was incredibly rude and basically snapped that if you're going to use cash, YOU HAVE TO USE THAT ONE!!!!!!! She was significantly nicer to the people behind us who she *though*t were using cards, and therefore better patrons. Funny enough, my sister and I weren't using cash. I have been treated better in every other Target. Do better! Using cash is not a tragedy. It is a NORMAL way to pay for necessities. So is using a debit card. Nobody should be treated like trash because of their payment method. What is that about? Maybe that employee needs retrained but she made it extremely unwelcoming. Imagine getting snapped at when you are a responsible patron who causes no trouble and are paying for your items. I was raised better than to judge people by their jobs, but there is no reason to be stuck up when you work at Target. There is no reason for that at all. Maybe come back down to reality and treat ALL people with respect.

Just one question to target what happens if I buy more than 10 items and use the self checkout. Will I be banned from the store? That is how I felt today after a target person who is monitoring the line needed to tell me. I had large items in my cart a total of 14 items. Really Target if this how your customer service is I will go to Walmart at least I can use self checkout and get better customer service.

This target has been my favorite place to shop. The customer service is prompt with just the right amount of service. The store is clean and they pay attention to the lines at check out.

This Target has gone down hill. The staff is interesting. And the female security lady was on her phone right in the front of the main entrance. The store is constantly dirty. The staff is gossiping with other employees at the Starbucks. The self check out is never open. Hopefully it gets better again.

This target USED to be decent. The drive up was quick and efficient, and the customer service and check out lines had plenty of workers. Lately over the last couple of months the drive up take almost 30 minutes regardless of how far ahead you select drive up. There is also usually only one person inside for pickups and returns. Management should probably take a look at their metrics and adjust accordingly.

I understand it is the holidays and the wait time for drive up can be long. However after waiting for an hour (yes a hour) we asked if it would be much longer and the associate said "we are really busy and doing the best we can". Okay understandable so we continue to patiently wait for another 45 min only to be told our check in was "dropped" from targets end!!! We are told to go inside and pick it up ourselves. We proceed to go inside only to see a ridiculous long line and on top of that are told it will be another hour to get our order. Tried calling to speak to a manager and the line kept getting disconnected. Can I get a refund on the time I wasted waiting for my order that never came.

Got an order for drive up and the staff was slow and lazy. People, including me, were waiting for their orders that were piled up and ready to be brought out, but instead of doing their jobs the staff was talking and joking around meaning we had to wait longer and it wasn't until another staff member came out and got them to do their jobs that we got what we needed. The one star was for her and her only. Zero stars for the rest of them.
