I bought a pair of new sunglasses from Sunglass Hut using their promo code deal for members. 25% off seemed like a good deal for me, so I went ahead and placed an order online and selected the option to pick it up from a nearby store. I picked it up from the store in Victoria Gardens located next to Macy's Men. All good until... I walk into the store today 05/01/2023 and I was greeted by the rudest worker "AARON." His disrespectful nature is ridiculous and he is not so knowledgeable nor does he know anything about customer service. He took forever to find the my order and once he located my order 15 minutes later. He handed it to me with a careless attitude. I told him that I had paid $5 for a gift wrap, so he went in the back to give his boss a call. He came back out and started talking in a rude manner that this is not the store's problem that I was missing the gift wrapping and started claiming that he can do nothing about it in a very arrogant and rude way. He is such an awful person and made the experience of purchasing my sunglasses so bad. He didn't even try to acknowledge that he should provide the customer with good experience as should be expected. Instead he was saying all sorts of rude comments and started saying "I have been through this before. Who cares." "It happens all the time when I buy glasses from here" "I cannot do anything for you." "I cannot help you" bla bla bla. Tbh I cannot recall the rest of what he said but all I could say was he was SO SO RUDE! I would not recommend coming to this specific store unless you want to be treated like shit. Aaron needs to relearn customer service skills! Besides that, I picked the most gorgeous piece of Sunglasses from the brand Tiffany & Co. I am absolutely in love with the shape, style, color, and size. Also, the price is a great deal given that this is a new release on the Store's website.

Mike from Sunglass hut was super helpful. Lost a screw in my Raybans and he found a replacement screw and fixed my glasses for me for free. He also switched out my old case for a new one. Thanks Mike!

I had such a a great store experience with the store manager and an associate Angela. I had some concerns over an online order that I had made for in store pickup and they went above and beyond to be helpful and answer my questions and just assist me overall. It was my first time shopping with this store and I'll definitely be back!

I really needed new sunglasses and since I had dinner around the area, why not?? I got some nice gold Ray Bans and I am super excited about my purchase. They are also giving out 50% off on the second pair (for selected pairs I believe). Angela helped me out and she is just the sweetest most gentle person! This is the kind of staff you'd want handling your new specs! Thanks for the experience Angela! I will def be back!

Small location, only 4 people allowed in the store at once due to covid. They were able to fix my glasses that was a bit bent. But the customer service wasn't that great. The lady seemed stressed.

This place is trash. Pleasant experience purchasing. But I go to return the glasses because I found better ones. I bought gucci $400+ sunglasses November 15. Never dropped it. Always wore it and put it back in the case when I got home. I come back December 3 and spoke to a rep at 10am and he cleaned the glasses and said he can't give me a refund. This is the condition of the glasses that he told me he can't refund. This place is bs. I'll be back to talk to the manager.

Don't buy from this store every manager is on a different page. I bought glasses a year ago and the lenses melted in my bag. I explained this to the sales manager and he told me to bring them in and they'd be fixed. I live in Eastvale so I drove all the way back the next day. And the other manager told me she could not help me that it was not a manufactured issue and to call a number. ( a number that would probably charge me to fix something that shouldn't have broken! ). Then she tried to tell me it was scratched. You can literally tell it melted! That would have been okay if the other manager told me that the day before!! GET ON THE SAME PAGE AND LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Don't waste my time or yours. I won't make a purchase here and to think I was going to buy two more today! Ha.

This store is amazing. I get all of my sunglasses from here because their variety is huge and the staff is always so wonderful. Christina is always amazing every time I come in and is so so so helpful with anything and everything. She is very tentative and takes everything very professional. Definitely deserves a raise or compensation of some sort! I am only returning because of her.

I needed to exchange Ray-Ban sunglasses I bought as a Birthday gift and went to multiple sunglass huts to see what our options were in a second pair. Came to the Victoria Gardens store bc was told it had the biggest selection. This was our absolute last stop for these glasses! Not only was Amber helpful and attentive, she made sure to put our second selection on hold for us without being asked as "we did our " let think about it "walk on what to do and seeing as she wasn't there upon our return, I assume her shift ended. Coming from customer service background, I found the extra effort and communication with other members of her team left a lasting impression. Kudos to her and them for their EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Manager lady really rude !! The customer service is horrible!! The worker there scratched my sunglasses n not say sorry wth . Staff was okay poor management.
