I walked into the business and was not greeted with a hello or welcome, I gave the menu a little review glance and asked for a sandwich and asked if I could have it on a bread that this sandwich shop does not carry. ( I frequent different sandwich shops on the regular mind you) i was met with the rudest "we don't have that!" Then just an over animated arm gesture toward the available breads offered with a snappy voice and was told " we have these breads!!!" I immediately walked out and will never visit that subway again and I purchase at least 10-12 sandwiches a week. Very rude and unprofessional.

Avoid this Subway it all costs, they are extremely stingy with the vegetables and even seem to count every single piece!

This is the cleanest Subway I have visited. My family's sandwiches were made to order while we were there, so they were satisfied as expected. I was thrilled to see pizza on the menu. It arrives to Subway frozen, but it tastes fresh once heated. Plus I was able to select my toppings. The boy helping us was friendly and efficient as well.

If I could give it zero*I would it's the cheapest place I've ever been there they were counting how many pieces of green pepper they put in my sandwiches and how many pieces of pepper Cheney she put in the plastic container asked for mayonnaise and she gave me one pack for each foot-long been long time that I bought from them because of that situation but this time my kids asked for it but never again

The sandwich artist, Brooklyn, was awesome! She was polite, friendly, professional and followed my directions PERFECTLY. Best customer service I've had in Subway in a few years. Give her a raise!

Just always so disappointed at this location! We always get sandwiches from this branch since it’s the closest to our home, and I try to be very patient because of the pandemic, however I told my daughter to no longer get anything at this branch. She is very quiet and just a teenager, so she won’t complain and just accepts what they do! But, I’m so done with them. The sandwich is for my younger son, who is a picky eater, but loves to eat Subway sandwiches, so even though I cook at home a lot, I choose to buy Subway food for him. This branch won’t smile or greet you, no matter if it’s a busy day or a quiet day. Today, I ignored it because this is the norm for them. However, the lettuce in my kiddos’ sandwiches was yellow, and my daughter asked for the server to cut the sand which and it was not cut.To Subway management, please observe for better service quality and serve fresher veggies for consumption. Appreciate it if you guys take this comment seriously. Thanks

I have been to this Subway on Highland and Daycreek many times. It's always been pleasant and uneventful. I walked in yesterday, quiet afternoon, and stood at the order station for 4-5 minutes while the manager and employees were having a muted discussion behind the prep door. For 5 minutes. Without ever looking around the door to see if they had any customers. Not Once. After clearing my throat a few times, someone finally looked, then meandered over to me ever, ever so slowly. Made a sandwich, nothing exciting. I put $1 in the tip jar, then put all of my change back into same tip jar. almost $2. Got home. Sloth man gave me no napkins, no salt or pepper, no spices....... this was the most boring sandwich ever. Sloth man, this round goes to you. You got $2 tip out of me for the most boring sandwich ever created.

There sandwiches were dry and old. I ordered chicken Teriyaki and it was dry and gummy. Their soda’s were watered down from machine. The subway on Kenyon are better.

DIRTY! The older lady who works there puts back the food that's falling off your sandwich with a dirty rag in the container at the preparation table while STILL preparing your subway. She put the food back into the containers with a rag two different times. So unbelievably dirty and unprofessional.

Ordered 5 sandwiches online - paid extra to have avocado on 3 of them. My father-in-law picked up the order, got home, and all 3 were missing avocado - and we were missing one sandwich. Oh well, should be an easy fix. We called in to request a credit for the missing items - a man named Brian answered, heard our issue, and kept saying "one minute, one minute." Then a woman with a thick accent (who did not give us her name) came on the phone and informed us we must come in to get the sandwich and avocado. We were unable to make it back today so we asked for a credit instead. We were told to "come back tomorrow to sign some papers" in order to get our credit as the manager was not in today to do the refund. Ok, that's fine. We asked who the manager was so we'd know who to ask for, and the woman said "you don't need to know that," and just hung up on us. I immediately called back, and Brian answered again. I informed him a woman just hung up on us, and I wanted to know her name. He said "I don't know who you were talking to." I told him that she had a thick accent and literally just got off the phone with us after he transferred the call to her. He said "we don't have anyone here with a thick accent." Seriously? This really wasn't a big deal, but the lack of integrity and responsibility these workers displayed was just plain shameful.
