Cathy is by far the best trainer out there! I have been with her for almost 10 years and with Studio 30 since the beginning. I can honestly say I am in the best health and shape of my life! She has so many different types of classes. There is something for everyone, at every level of fitness. If you're really ready to get in shape and meet a great group of people, Studio 30 is the place to be!

Studio 30 is awesome! Kathy (The owner) is always bringing new ways to train such as kettle-bell, TRX, battle ropes, HITT and boxing. All of the trainers there are committed to bringing fun and new exercise routines to challenge each of us no matter what level of ability we may have from beginner to advanced. My wife and I have trained at Studio 30 for over five years now. We both feel we are in the strongest and most fit shape of our lives. Let's face it, fitness is determined by how consistently we make an effort to achieve it. Studio 30's thirty minute routines collapses the time invested to achieve the desired results. If you want to improve your fitness, I recommend giving Studio 30 a try. "You can do anything for 30 minutes"

Im enjoying studio 30's kettlebell class. It's fun, fast, and effective. The other members are friendly and encouraging. The coaches are creative and will challenge you to be your best.

Cathy and Studio 30 are amazing! I’ve been to workout classes where you feel like no one notices you’re there or whether you’re able to keep up or not and you will not get that experience at Studio 30. Cathy really cares that everyone feels welcome and if you need to modify in the beginning she will help you get comfortable and teach you what you need to know. You never need to worry about feeling out of place and you’ll never get the same workout twice, all of the classes are fun and challenging. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I have lost weight, I am significantly stronger, and I have more energy/confidence. If you are on the fence about working with Studio 30, I highly encourage you give it a try. I lost 21 pounds for the recent 6 week challenge and have instilled habits that are for life! It is hard work but I really enjoy the comradeship of the others in our group. Everyone is supportive and encouraging. The workouts (in studio and outdoors) offer great variety and always make me work hard. There are early morning sessions, to evening sessions and even weekends... Every work out is new and challenging!!Studio 30 is the full package: knowledge, fun, and positive energy. I highly recommend Studio 30!!

Cathy has created a wonderful training space where every day you are motivated with new workouts. I have been attending a variety of classes for the past four years and I'm always surprised that there is so much to do and improve on. Cathy also offers nutrition and challenges that have helped me to lose weight and feel fit. I would highly recommend Studio 30!

Whether it’s outdoor Bootcamp, Kettlebell or AquaFit in the pool, there is truly something for everyone! So many diverse options you won’t find anywhere else! Cathy and all her trainers are awesome and I am now hooked. It took me a while to decide to go and I am glad I finally decided to go. I am now hooked. Bootcamp keeps me motivated during the week and the Aquafit classes during the warm months are my favorite.

If you're looking for a challenging workout with a motivating trainer, try out one of Cathy's group classes. She offers a variety of classes at different times daily. Her classes are never boring. It's a new workout every day. I love her 5:30 a.m. outdoor bootcamp. I get my workout done before I go to work. She has later morning and evening classes as well. Once you complete a session, you will want to keep going. You will get in shape and get stronger with every workout.
