I have a unit here. A few weeks ago I had some extra time on my hands and wanted to downsize what I was storing, and go thru to discard what wasn't needed anymore. The whole time I was there the staff kept on rushing me and questioning what it was I was doing. I explained that I've had said unit for over 2 years and forgot what all was inside so I wanted to get rid of the things I no longer needed. I told them not to worry, I would be out before it was closing time. Surely I was all 3 times this happened. I felt as if they were kind of harassing me. As if it is unheard of for ppl to clean out the storage unit we pay for. I didn't like the way they were treating me.

We have been on the phone communicating with the clerk at the office. He mentioned no leaving the office without giving me an access code. I drove all the way over there with my people that were moving it in and no one was there or no way to get into the building I had to rent another Unit on the spots across town thank you.

I had a great experience renting a storage from them the first time so I went back and I gotta say Brandon; the location manager is a great guy. He takes care of you and your needs.
