I went in on New Year's Eve 2023 to get a new phone for my daughter, my mom and I. I must say that Booker is super nice, knowledgeable and very patient. He was so humble and answered all of our questions with a smile. I highly recommend you go see Booker if you're thinking of upgrading or switching services. He will help you get the best deal and take care of you.

I use to be a Sprint customer and had a 2 year 40 a month plan on my phone.My plan just ended when T mobile took over and continued to charge me 40 dollars a month for over 2 years till I figured it out. There representing told me that they could only credit me 2 months instead of the 31 months I was over charged.Stay away from T mobile and if you have T mobile check your bill frequently so they don't screw you over

I would like to thank and commend Drew for his assistance with helping me with an issue I was having with my phone. I walked in, asked for help and he was very kind, personable and patient and fixed the issue. The service and climate in this T-Mobile store is amazing. This will be my go to store and the store I recommend to my friends and associates. Thank you Drew!!

T-Mobile service depends on the employee you are dealing with. Their attitude, knowledge and authority matters. I switched to them my 2 lines by calling 800 # on their web site which went to approved dealer in Georgia or Alabama. Agent falsely promised free phones but that issue was resolved when escalated to CEO's office. Thanks to # Pedro Montalvo.Now the issue was to start E-Sim. get Netflix, data transfer etc. Luckily this store which is a company store was not too far. And luckily I met Adrian- the best T-Mobile employee I have ever met so far... who delivered. he was knowledgeable, knew how to overcome hurdles and I was on my way with ready to use phone. Near by store - Asst. manager I talked to over the phone was not so willing. I am still trying to get AAA promotion but purpose of this review is to advise you that ask for Adrian in this T-Mobile store if you need phone, new lines, service. He is an asset to T-Mobile or for that matter any corporation. I wish him Goodluck in his career.

I upgraded my work phone on Friday but my messages and contacts wouldn't transfer to the new phone. I came into T-Mobile and Sonia & Christian were SO FREAKING HELPFUL in getting everything figured out. We literally tried logging into every cloud account in the world before Christian found some awesome app that transferred it all over. I'm a wedding planner with a wedding the next day so not having my recent messages or any of my contacts was stressing me the hell out! haha So thankful for them spending the time to get it all straightened out. Give these two some vacation time! :)

I was leaving AT&T for T-Mobile and I was having a lot of issues with AT&T cooperating and releasing my phones. Miguel P. and Drew were soooooo kind, patient and helpful. I spent hrs and hrs in their store and they didn't make me feel like a burden at all. They remained professional and inviting. Definitely makes me glad I chose that specific store to go to. I can't imagine a better experience with anyone else. The store was super clean and all the rest of the staff was super nice as well. Best experience in a phone store EVER!!!

I am a new high end business customer. My company has literally hundreds of not thousands of company phones with this company. I have never been with this carrier and now I know why. All I wanted to do was talk to someone about changing the number. I don't even care if there is some rip off fee. Every time I called, the IVR said 30 minute wait BUT I could opt in for a call back. Ok. I did this FOUR TIMES and when I did get a callback, it was the same IVR telling me to wait...WHY OFFER CALL BACK IF IT DOES NOT MATTER?!! T Mobile is useless. I'll be letting my company know of this. NEGATIVE 5 STARS

Do not get phones from t-mobile I added my family thinking I was getting a great deal knowing the have army discounts they lie about charges and hidden fees until u get a bill of 600 and u actually call tmobile and they say u upgraded and there's extra fees oh and that the promotion is not correct and there's all kinds of stupid charges to add on family and hidden fees I'm so discussed in how this is not clear from the retail store to actually customer service of tmobile!!!!!

I came in and J. Booker attended me, he was professional and courteous with me. He got me a great deal. There was a hiccup at the end, however I don't believe it was Mr. Bookers fault i believe it was the previous provider. . Keep smiling Mr. Booker ?

First, I need to state that Ms. Liz is everything! She was so welcoming! As soon as I hit the door, with no hesitation, asked what I needed, when some of the other female sales associates lost eye contact and acted as if I needed to ask for help first. With my feeling of stress of needing a new phone, she patiently guided me through setting up my new phone. I am so grateful. The store manager was a very nice gentleman as well! The store is was very nice and service was great. By far the best T-Mobile store I've gone to!

on my journey to upgrade my phone for the first time being back with tmobile since they took over Sprint, I wish I went to this location first. the first 3 locations just wasted my time, did not use there resources and lastly sent me to other locations, one wasn't even a corporate location, with out knowing if that will solve my issue. this location by victoria gardens was easy to get to, no waiting, and solved every issue we had. Shout out to Juan that got us up and going with our new phones
