I have mixed feelings about this store. On one hand, I appreciate that they have a decent selection of items available for purchase same day. This has come in handy for me on multiple occasions when I needed a last minute gift or outfit. However, I have to say that their prices are a bit on the high side. One example of this is their jerseys, which are priced at $160. While the quality is good, I can't help but feel like I could find the same item for around $30 cheaper if I were to purchase it from Fanatics, NFL Shop, or FansEdge. It's a bit disappointing that they don't seem to offer any sales or discounts, not even during holidays or Black Friday. On a positive note, the staff at this store are always friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about their products and willing to assist customers with any questions or concerns. Overall, I would recommend this store if you are in need of something last minute and are willing to pay a little extra for the convenience. Just be aware that you may be able to find the same items for a lower price elsewhere.

Sold me 2 fake autographs photos, beware the stickers VSA “Verifiedsignatureauthority” they don’t have a website or anything, to verify if it’s real. I bought a Michael Jordan for $500 and a Ken Griffey Jr and the autos are completely fake and made up authenticity.

The store is cool. But the manager Nicholas meza is a douch the first time I went he was surprised I was buying all this things. When I paid for my things he called me dog like I was a stupid teenager I walked away wanted to punch him dead his face. Had to come back because to exchange a hat at first I was happy because there was another guy but he told he had to wait for the manager because he couldn't exchange anything I was like then why are u here. But anyway Nick should up after 10 minutes and try to explain why this and that the hats come smaller I just want my money back he was giving me a crazy look like trying to find a reason why they couldn't exchange it but I think he saw that I didn't like him so he found no reason and gave my money back. But this douch bag needs to go from a cool place like that

Located within Victoria Garden area , on the side of the road. Wheelchair entrance available!Staff was nice. They have a lot of gigs, go check it out!!Not a sports fan so couldn’t comment on much. Washroom nearby but not in the shop

Beware this place, we got ripped off by them and they will not stand by their word.My wife bought 2 MLB mugs and was charged 24.99 per mug but the mugs were labeled 17.99. When my wife caught the issue they refused to make it right.She called later and got a manager who said they would send out a refund...that was nearly a month ago.Still no refund.Scam! Bait and switch!Do not shop here.

OHMYGOD!!! The odyssey that is my ongoing experience with Sports Treasures!I went in the shop on June 9th to purchase two Red Sox mugs that I'd seen previously. My daughter dropped me off because I don't get around well and there's no parking nearby. (Trust me, this is relevant.) I grabbed two of the $17.99 mugs I'd found previously and took them to the counter. The guy rang me up and told me he was putting the receipt in the bag. He was chatting me up the entire time.The next day I pulled the mugs from the bag in order to gift wrap them and found the receipt. I was charged $24.99 per mug! That's an overcharge of $14 + the extra tax! I phoned the store to complain and Nick chuckled. He told me that happens all the time. Hmmm... I told him I wanted the difference credited back to my card. He said he couldn't do that. He said I had to bring them back. I told him that was difficult for me because I have mobility issues. He wasn't interested. He said that was the only way to deal with the issue. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was at another store. I asked for that store number and was told Nick couldn't give it out. I asked for a corporate number and was told they're just a little shop, not a corporation (untrue!). So I left a message for Dennis, the manager. He never returned the call.I looked at the receipt again and found out the owner of the store is William Alsborg. There was a phone number and email to contact if there was a problem. I tried calling and got a message that the mailbox hadn't been set up so there was no way to leave a message. So I emailed. I got an email back a day or two later asking for my address so they could send me a check. I immediately responded and waited for the check. It never came. I emailed again. This time - crickets.To sum up: according to Nick they overcharge all the time, and apparently they don't do anything about it when you complain. Shop elsewhere!

This store rocks. I used to come into the store every other weekend. Hadn't seen them in a year from being very sick. Went in and the staff remembered me immediately. And that alone made me spend $200. I have never seen that store dirty nor out of place. I want to thank the staff on their kindness overall, and product knowledge and availability without forcing a sale

Customer service was HORRIBLE. Young men working there seem so unhappy to be there it's terrible. Not sure the young man was having a bad day but please check it before you have to deal with your customers Leaves a bad impression on your store. I understand we all have bad days but really!!!! The rolling of the eyes and huffing and puffing was a bit too much.

Customer service; there was none. One guy was to busy eating at the register and the other was stocking items. I was very interested in some items that they didnt have in stock and they did not even bother to getting my info to see if they could order it for me. Was willing to purchase 6 child jerseys, guess I'll just have to order online.
