My experience was not great today I experienced a worker not wanting to help me due to the color of my skin. Through all the adversity that people have been through you would think as long as your polite that what matters but not at this store they judge you by color this needs to change we are all human.!!!!

Customer service isn’t their strong suit.
Here right now 4 customer service representatives only 1 actually working with a customer.
Apparently the other 3 are apart of the decor.
Disgusting!
Only I’m number 2 on the waitlist. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes. No was even greeted me.
I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I was very pleased with the great customer service at this location. Tony the Rep that attended us was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to resolve the issue we had with our WIFI product. Best of all we did not have to wait in any line we was in and out in no time.

Terrible terrible terrible. I left a previous review but somehow it got taken down. I went to cancel service a guy there promised me if I activated a new account with my middle name I would get 1G internet for $40 a month. Next thing I know I’m getting charged $120. I go to the store and they say he works at another store and customer service said they couldn’t do anything because the store promised me that plan. Reps at store are useless and over customer service as well

Don't fall for their upsells. They promise you things that aren't true. Until a few hour later the new bill notifies you something different. Don't fall for their sale tricks. They don't want to help you and definitely aren't looking out for you.

One person working and 5 people waiting. Taken forever. I couldn’t wait anymore I had to leave. Poor customer service. One of the reasons I left spectrum, now I see why so many negative reviews for this location. Yet nothing is done. Losing customers. I went to Verizon paying half for internet wireless cable. I would never go back to spectrum over prices. And TERRIBLE customer service!!

Last night, I activated Spectrum internet and chose to pick up the modem due to urgency. Today, I went to the Fontana location, but they didn’t have the equipment. I then went to the Rancho Cucamonga location, where I was assisted by Jenny, who speaks Chinese. Since the account is under my wife’s name, Jenny refused to give me the modem despite showing my wife’s ID photo, app information(already signed in), and having my wife call her. totally useless!It was a terrible experience!
If you had explained that this is the company's policy, provided written regulations, and patiently explained how to resolve the issue, such as giving me a useful phone number (all the Spectrum numbers I found online are automated, with no option to add a household member), I wouldn't be this angry. Instead, you tried to pass me to an English-speaking colleague and said you didn't know if I was committing fraud. I think you should receive training on customer service from your HR department.
Discrimination among Chinese people is common in the U.S., and today I experienced it firsthand.

Went to this location to sign up for new internet service around Christmas 2023 and was promised a promotional bill credit instead of the a Visa gift card as detailed on Spectrum's official site. I had to go back 3 times to hammer them just to get half the credit. PSA: If they promised you something make sure to get it in writing, record the audio conversation, and get the representative's name who helped you. It was not until I contacted Better Business Bureau that they were able to fulfill their original promise. These companies take advantage when they're the only game in town.

The customer service here is terrible.Probably because they are the only internet provider in my area, so they get to treat the customers however they want to.TBH, if I have a choice to switch, I will definitely switch right away

Rancho Cucamonga location. I was in the area so I went in to pay my Internet bill. I usually pay online. This was a first. They Charge a fee if the sales person takes your bill. Now this location did not have a machine at the time I went in. The location at Montclair in the mall has a machine. The machine doesn't charge any fees. It's just like you were paying it at home. I think the fee was in the range of 5.00 to 6.00 dollars. You learn something everyday. That won't happen again.
