The Debt free solutions auto dialer that routes people to your business is harassing. Why won't they stop calling me? I've hit the do not call button more times than I can count. Why would you fo business with a call center who does this?

I like that they spent time learning about our financial situation so we were able to take advantage of some tax breaks that my old tax preparer never told us about. Uploading our information to their portal was super easy from my phone. I was sent regular communications so I knew the status of my return at all times. Very happy with outcome and service. I will recommend to my family and friends

Been going here since the beginning. Top notch service, unbelievable tax knowledge and a genuinely good person to talk to. Very real person to work with. Always willing to answer questions all year long... Not just during 'tax season'. Entire family and several friends have switched over as well!

Needless to say, I had to see tax preparer because I am on my last chance to settle with IRS and State. I was desperate to figure out how I can settle and propose a payment agreement. I called a couple of places locally and didn't really get any good vibes, until I spoke to Jonnell he was attentive and flexible with his availability... so I made my appt. My first impression, Jonnelle professional, ask questions and was thorough.....it was uncomfortable to discuss your tax issues but he reassured me that he has helped people before like me before and discussed the plan on how i can get on the right path. Glad i am working with him and will be using him moving forward! I took a chance and met someone who can help! Highly Recommended.
