I hate my bras. They stab me in the arms and dig. The non slip on the strap irritate my shoulders, I do however like the material. The ones I did like are the leisure bras, for the most part are good bras except I keep having to pull them up because it feels like I'm going to spill over. For the money I spent on 3 bras and 2 leisure bras with underwear and a robe, you'd think I'd be happy with at least one of my bras. I actually had to exchange 2 which I do love that policy. The service was really good and I am thinking that is why I spent so much but I definitely won't be a repeat buyer.

I follow an influencer who swears buy their wireless bras. I ordered a strapless one online (lived it) and one of the wireless ones, but wasn't a fan so I needed to exchange it.
Drove over here today and Janet and another employee (didn't catch her name, maybe she was the manager?) were very friendly. I told them about my exchange and that I wanted to take advantage of the 40% off sale and get a couple new bras. I prefer wireless and the one whose name I didn't catch was very knowledgeable in several and suggested a few, even one that seems popular with the employees. I grabbed a few different ones, and Janet quickly got me set up in a fitting room. I was unsure about one, so a few mins later, Janet came to check on me, so I just opened the door and asked for her advice. She measured me and made a few suggestions in a very friendly & helpful manner. I ended up leaving with 3 new bras at a great price and would definitely come back. I didn't feel annoyed with employees hounding me for a sale, it's not an overwhelmingly big store with too many options, and the quality seems really good. Take advantage of their sales and rewards perks!

I’ve been shopping at soma since 2016, I’ve loved their bras and selection. I’ve never had any issues until earlier this week. In march of this year I purchased 3 bras, and this past Monday I went in to return them with my ORIGINAL receipt which stated that my bras were eligible for return until May 10th 2024, I was there April 15th 2024.Janet the manager was the one who helped me when I purchased the bras back in March.Well, when I tried to process the return, JANET said she was not able to do it because it was past the return date that it would “not let her do anything on her end”. At this time she was holding my receipts, and I asked her if I could see them because I swore the return date was not expired date and she would not hand them back to me to check! Almost like she didn’t want me to prove her wrong. With such a horrible and aggressive attitude, she said that’s what the computer and She couldn’t override it. Which I understand, I just wish she would’ve tried to do something to help me. Several times it felt like she accused me of stealing, even though she remembered me purchasing these bras with her. The bras that I was returning were in new condition (matched their return policy) and matched the item description of them on the receipt, there should have been no issues. She continued to insist that there was this “third receipt” missing, which made no sense! After serval rude comments on her end and a bunch of back-and-forth, she did nothing to help me resolve the issue. Instead, with an aggressive demeanor she handed me the phone number to customer service and left it for me to figure it out on my own. She stated that she was a manager, and there was no one else I can help me besides her. Keep in mind this return was for three pretty expensive bras which I needed my money back for, so of course I was upset. As soon as I left the store, I called customer service and they helped me right away. Customer service resolved the issue within 10 minutes and instructed me to return to the store to hand in the bras. When I returned into the store, she saw me asking her for help. She went to the back for at least 10 minutes, leaving me there to wait for her. She gave customer service attitude about taking the bras back. Again, customer service handled this so well, and took care of it all for me. Thanks to JANET and how she treated me like a criminal I will no longer be shopping here. Thank you to the customer service Representative who assisted me with this I wish I would’ve gotten their name!

I came into Soma on a rainy Monday afternoon to buy a bra. Very quickly I was greeted by Kami who took the time and effort to find the perfect fit for me. That experience was so positive, I went on to buy nightgowns, several panties and two bras. She showed me things she thought I might like and she had suggestions for how things should fit. She obviously knew her products extremely well and listened carefully to me so she could match my needs. Oh how I wish Every retail experience could be like this! Outstanding customer service! 5 stars plus!!

Came here for my last stop to get a Christmas gift. 8:40 and the doors are already locked. The store shouldn't close until 9. Someone is standing in the store by the register but won't even look towards the door. Very annoying.

I was a good customer for years but after today I will never buy from any Soma. Their customer service is terrible. I know a couple other people who will not shop with Soma again either. So there must be many more. I went to "exchange" 2 items for the exact items but different sizes. The clerk returned the two and then starts to charge me for the exchanged items. She was about to charge me $83 for a $42 item that I was about to buy, but I ended up going out of the store with nothing. That location has never had friendly employees. Not sure about other locations. I am done with Soma. Horrible experience.I did speak with customer service at the 866 area code and she resolved the issue, although I still feel the same about the Rancho Cucamonga location and the employee, named Siana, associate number 00000173600, that tried to charge for for just the exchange.

I went to Soma with two of my friends and Kami helped us all find perfect bras. We had a wonderful experience and they had a great selection in stock for us to choose from. We will definitely be back.

I went to the store on Saturday, expecting to have the same service I always get when I arrived at this store location. This experience was completely unexpected the associate was helping me but couldn’t find my size all the drawers were so disorganized. When I asked if they had my size in the back she said she could order them but never helped me at all. All three associates were taking and just never asked to help me at all. The manager was asking who was closing with her and just when on with their conversation. I decided to just leave. Will not be going back. So disappointed I have been going to this location since it opened.

Went on Wednesday! Berniece helped me find what I needed! Did proper measurements and explained what I needed to look for in a well fitted strapless bra. Another store had my fit all wrong! Like 3 sizes too small! I was so happy that I referred my friend who went in that same day and spent a couple hundred dollars!!! I won't go anywhere else again!
