Paid $37 for a vape every other shop charges $25 for... Was in a rush so didn't have a choice but will not be returning... Price gouging is never a good business practice if you want return customers

Smoker boutique has been sold and the new owners are not nice! Guy this morning is super rude, we can completely tell he did not want us in shopping. Then 3 days ago we bought stiiizy wraps for $5 & today he wants $8 for the same exact ones, then he tells us that was last week's price! I will not be going back.

Arrived at 9:40pm to be greeted by a sign in the door that says “I will be back in 5 min” 20 minutes later and still nobody reopening. This is truly frustrating as there are not many places open this late and you guys advertise that your open until 11pm if I had known I’d be a sitting duck I would’ve tried racing somewhere else.

The prices have went up double. You should not be paying $2 for a pom pom blunt on say 99 cents

Stay AWAY from this shop! Once they switched owners they have just gone downhill. The manager or owner whoever the small short bald guy who runs this location is, was literally trying to double charge me for a vape and would not give me the product after I had already paid in full. He proceeded to act completely unprofessional and started to argue with me. I thought the customer was always right? Especially if I have paid for the product in full. After wasting my breathe for 10 minutes he eventually told me he doesn’t, “Give a F@&$!” I said, “I can tell you don’t give a F@&$ about your customers.” After arguing with him some more and proving to him my payment was processed on my end through my bank. He said he didn’t give a ‘F’ and to just come back tomorrow and apologize to him. I started laughing at him and told him I have been a loyal customer to Smokers Boutique since 2014 and that I’m never coming back and warning others not to shop here. If you care about good customer service, good products and good prices, don’t come here. They sell old wraps and old vapes and even some nasty knock off preroll joints and boof carts. Steer Clear of here.
