My father has been ordered by the family doctor to apply for a Walker with only wheels and no seats, because my father needs to support this U-shaped Walker from the wheelchair to stand and sit down for training. The doctor has signed it, but they prescribed it. The bureau did not have this kind of walking aid Walker, so they provided a medication list with a seat checked and sent it to the doctor's office for another doctor to sign. Later, because the family doctor's office also sent it to me, I found out that it was wrong. I asked the doctor's office to sign another one that did not require a seat. The family doctor canceled the one that had a seat and faxed it to the pharmacy. They said they didn't receive it. I asked the doctor's office to send it to me again. I sent it to them and they He said that I changed it myself and sent me the one with a seat. When I received the walker, almost 1.5 months had passed since I applied for it. I called the manager again and had to wait 2 hours before calling again. I called the pharmacy 2 hours later and they told me to cancel my insurance first. They didn’t have the Walker without seats. I needed to transfer to another store and apply again. They hung up on me and blocked my phone number. I kept getting a busy signal when I called again. I used another cell phone to get through. I told them that I wanted to file a complaint against them. I called Walker no less than ten times about this, and the doctor signed it four times, but they never received the document via fax or email. If you think it was me who canceled the seat check on my own, you can call the doctor's office and ask. Don't talk nonsense. I have the document in my hand that you checked the seat and had it signed by the doctor. I know who is lying. Yesterday the manager told me to contact me about the return, but he didn't contact me. We don't want seats. If you don't have this product yourself, you should tell us as soon as possible and transfer it to a company that can provide this product, instead of forcing us to apply for another one of your products. A product that allows us to connect you and the doctor's office, wasting both parties' time and energy! Are you a company specializing in medical devices? Why isn’t there even the most basic Walker without seats?

I needed a wheelchair for a day and Yelp directed me to Sierra Pharmacy. I was able to rent a wheelchair with leg rests for a reasonable $40 + $100 refundable deposit. I rented on a Friday afternoon and returned it the following Monday by 5:00 pm. All the employees were helpful and friendly. They even put the wheelchair in the car for me! I highly recommend Sierra Pharmacy!

Did not know this place was there. Recommended by Rite Aid for some specialty bandage wrap that they don't carry. They are also a compound pharmacy too. Staff was nice and helpful. I would recommend.

If you are in need of a compounding or regular pharmacy look no forward! They also offer PO Boxes. All the employees are friendly and very helpful! The star of the show is Marilyn, she’s been a life saver!
