“I needed to send jeans back via Fed Ex (side note: it's probably best not to buy jeans online, unless you know your size in a certain brand) and was happy for this little inconvenience because it meant discovering this convenient spot. Also on my "to-do" list for the day was buying stamps and a lottery ticket. Actually, on my way to Our Postal Express, someone on the radio was talking about the huge jackpot but I thought "That means another stop, but maybe I'll get a ticket." Anyway, upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised that they sell lottery tix AND scratchers, which is cool cause I like to give scratchers as gifts. So I returned those awful jeans, bought a few lottery tickets (fingers crossed), and some stamps, all in one place. What a time saver. And the person working there was so nice to talk to. She was so cool, which made my errand seem way less like an errand. Really glad I found this place.”
“I came to yelp looking for business hours and I see this place only has 3 stars. I've been coming here for years. Not often, grant you, but I would say at least 1-2 times a year and they have always had the best customer service. I do mail so rarely they have to explain everything to me and they do so without annoyance or frustration at my probably stupid questions. They treat my kids really nice. And never once has any of my mail/packages ever gone astray. Can't think of why they would have poor overall reviews so I'm adding my 2cents here.”

“I stopped here two days before Christmas to deliver a FedEx package overnight and it was a very good experience. The young woman working at the counter was helpful and efficient. They had everything I needed and even let me use some tape for my box. There are a lot of negative reviews by cheapskates that don't want to pay one dollar for the convenience of dropping off a package here as opposed to waiting in line at the US post office. I thought the inside of this business was very clean very pleasant and I liked all the pictures of California memorabilia on the wall.”

“You have to have a printed label to do a drop off at this UPS. If it is in the original packaging and you have a QR Code for return that's not acceptable. I suggest calling the Michael's store before you drop off a UPS package for Amazon return here.”
“Just called to get a general estimate for a package, Valerie answered and gave me great customer service. And just before this I called the FedEx location in San Bernardino the one next to target, and they said they weren’t allowed to give me estimates for packages. Even though it’s a package store. So great job to this FedEx location and valerie for helping me. I recommend this location for all your shipping needs. I don’t recommend the San Bernardino location.”

The staff members are not only polite but also exceptionally helpful. Every time I've visited, they've done a good job to assist with my postal needs.Timing is crucial at this post office. If you're looking to avoid long lines, I recommend going around 10-11 am when the rush hasn't set in yet. However, if you find yourself there in the afternoon, particularly past 2:30-3 pm, expect a busier scene. Despite the afternoon rush, the efficiency of the staff helps manage the crowd well.Overall, the combination of a clean environment, and helpful staff makes this post office my preferred choice for mailing needs. Just plan your visit strategically to make the most of your experience.”

“Exceptional service at this post office! Visited for passport pictures and was greeted by friendly staff. An employee assisted in navigating the line and directed me to the right place for my picture appointment. The lady who took my pictures went above and beyond, even helping with my passport renewal, showcasing a level of kindness and efficiency that made the entire experience amazing. Kudos to the helpful and courteous staff! Also remember that there are no walk ins for any type of passport service, you always have to make an appointment even if the website says otherwise.”
