Went to this location to turn in a lottery ticket for $100. Once the clerk scanned the ticket, he proceeded to hand it back to me and said I have no money. Wonder if he declines selling lottery tickets to? At 11:30 AM I would expect him to at least be able to cover a $100 ticket!

There was a Hispanic male with glasses "working" behind the register while eating what I assume were red spicy chips. I came in asking for a product behind the counter. He proceeded to stick his hand inside his mouth to lick his fingers before touching the product to hand it to me! His hands were literally wet from spit and he actually transferred his saliva (which was red from what he was eating) onto the product and had the nerve to try handing it to me. I was absolutely DISGUSTED & MORTIFIED that he had the audacity to do such a thing in the workplace. His response to my reaction was " I was gonna wipe it off". This type of unsanitary behavior puts customers in danger. I immediately left to go spend my money elsewhere. This needs to be looked into because this is absolutely unacceptable. I don't even like my own saliva so why would I want to come in contact with a strangers spit? Extremely disgusting and unprofessional

Gas station on Foothill Blvd. close to Terra Vista Town Center. I've tried using apple pay at the pump and every time it gives me an error message. Other than that it's a nice station with lots of space to get in and out of. Price isn't really cheap but it is convenient.

This Shell station/convenience store has gone done. They had really good workers awhile back. Then from one day to the next they got rid of them. I know we are in a pandemic but gosh these new workers for the past year don't do anything. The shelves are empty. You can see they have product in the back. But their shelves are empty. I've seen workers outside smoking at friends cars and then come in to wait on people. I've seen them sitting not even trying to be helpful. They even have the plastics protector off the counter and with no mask. I don't even care weather they do that but please get this store stocked. Get them some help in there. I blame the management. What are you doing to help this store? I know this place is always busy but you are going to start losing to the AMPM down the street.

I came in in Saturday 12/19/2012 approximately 10:40 asked the Assistant Manager about the vacuum as far as how much it takes. I was advised two dollars and asked for change. Which I received a sarcastic comment about coin usage. After I proceeded to the vacuum the coin slot was jammed so I ended up using my card. Vacuum turned in but wouldn't work. On top of that it continued to charge my card for about 16 mins worth of time. I went into the store while it was happening and told the assistant manager " your machine isn't working and it's taking my money, if you come to the door you could hear it running but nothing worked. He then told me in the nastiest way possible. That ain't ours " I said well it's in your property. He then said if you want 50 cent I'll give you that. I then say sir, I'm not trying to give you a hard time but this is my money and I'd like to be able to talk to someone. I was told "you're being an a******* at this point I get mad. Cause I did record the whole situation. I advise him that he may need to watch how you're speaking to people cause the next person may not take that aggressive attitude so lightly. Anyway I've patronized this store for over 3 years. Never again. Horrible customer service. An assistant managers actions reflects on the Gen manager. This location has no class too to bottom

One of the workers who has a manbun doesn't have his mask on while working he didn't have it on the entire time I was there at 4:55pm. He also didn't put it on for other guests who were coming in either. This is a health hazard and very selfish! I won't be coming back here again and will be letting my friends and family know about this; there are literally people dying from this!
