This gas station is clean and they have diesel fuel. I never have problems with the pumps. The store is also clean and staff is nice. Overall a good experience.

I was on my way home from work. I saw my car gas gauge with one or two bars left. I had to find the next gas station quick. Day Creek Shell came to the rescue. It's located right off the 210 Fwy at Day Creek Blvd in Rancho Cucamonga. This gas station is bright and well maintained. It has a Food Mart and Jack in the Box (JIB). I'll have to check out this JIB to get my tacos one of these days if I haven't already... I don't remember LOL. I blame it on old age LOL. Anyway, I drove right into this gas station. Went to pump #2. Got my gas and left. I normally pay at the pump whenever possible as I prefer not to go inside if I don't have to unless I need to use the restroom. I noticed gas prices here are a tad higher than other neighboring gas stations. I only pump certain brands and Shell is one of them... it's all good. Funny, I have been to this gas station on a few occasions. I never wrote a review for it until now. Go figure!

Loved the energy in this establishment made me feel really joyful after a long crappy day. In fact I had a crazy fart that I was holding in and as soon as I got to window and met George it got even harder. This funny handsome man almost made me rip an out a farty from laughing so hard. The whole experience was truly great George is an awesome person who probably would make me feel comfortable even if I did lay one out in the direction of the hot guy behind me . Anyways love you George !!!!

always friendly greetings from their staff, the bathrooms are well kept and a veriety of snacks and drinks. we live in v.v. and always stop here for our snacks on the long drives up and down the hill. we use to go to the arco across the way but once we went here and saw the difference on how they talk to you, and how clean the store/bathrooms are we switched jorge is especially friendly

Too expensive! I remember when this gas station was $2.19 for regular back in 2011. In 2022, it was $6.79 for regular and we're 45 miles east of Los Angeles. I don't understand why gas is 80 cents more expensive per gallon in Rancho than in Fontana. I'll never fill up at this gas station ever again.

The old man with glasses has issues. He’s slow, makes a lot of mistakes and always seems confused. Everyone else is efficient, pleasant and transactions go smoothly.

I traveled to Rancho Cucamonga on the afternoon of Saturday, July 8th from San Juan Capistrano, a very long drive. During the trip my cell phone failed and I lost GPS directions along with the ability to make a call. More than stressed, I stopped at the Highland and Day Creek Shell station for assistance. The young lady and young man behind the counter were so kind to look up directions, write them down and assist me to get to my destination without having to turn around and go home and miss a special event. I tried to give them a tip and they declined. I just want to recognize these two kind people for going above and beyond to assist this senior citizen. It is so refreshing to see kindness in action in our world. Such a positive experience and I hope the station owner will receive this praise for two of his employees. They saved my very stressful moment and my day and I cannot thank them enough. In the chaos I didn't get their names but they knew who they are. I am grateful!

Yeah yesterday on 5 25 23 I stopped to get gas so then I pump my gas and my truck won't start so I tried messing with it for 40 minutes to try to get it going and I couldn't get it going so then I went inside and asked the two guys that were inside if it be all right if I park my car there until tomorrow so I can put a new starter in it cuz it started went bad they said yeah yeah sure there's no problem okay well I go get my starter after work I come over to put it in in my truck's gone they had it a total weight that's f***** up cuz it cost $500 and something dollars to get it out that I didn't have a bunch of b******* the same thing happened to a friend of mine a while back that's not cool

Why on earth do you shut your gas pumps at 9pm when you advertise being open 24 hours a day Monday-Sunday??? Your employee would not help me with the doors locked. Finally I just called and again no help he said sorry we’re closed while he was in the store. So ridiculous! Bad busses!!!

I am Truly Impressed and always Happy when entering this Business namely the most uplifting clerk (George), which makes you feel Welcomed and has the ability to make anyone entering store, the CALM in the STORM ... You walk out with a feeling of Love and Caring ... Thank you Owner for having professional employees like that ... A True compliment to you!

Twice now I have had a negative experience with a white haired lady that works mornings here. The first time was when she told me I put my number in too late for fuel rewards and she wasn't going to re ring up my transaction so I can save using my fuel rewards on $6/gallon gas. I went in this morning and asked her to ring me up for some energy drinks and $70 worth of gas. There was no problem until I got to the pump, selected the grade, and went to pump the gas. None came out. I walked all the way back and asked her what happened. She immediately blamed me and said I must have taken the pump and put it back on the holder which cancelled the transaction. I told her none of that occurred and that the pump is literally still in my car waiting to be turned on. She continued to accuse ME of messing up and cancelling the transaction. I told her I don't even know how to do that I'm just trying to get gas. She said nothing further and started helping other customers. Absolutely terrible customer service and I will never go back to this shell because of her not learning how to take accountability for her actions.
