I recently visited this Shell gas station and was very impressed with the experience. The station itself is spacious, making it easy to maneuver and find a pump without feeling cramped. Every pump was in working order, and they offer diesel fuel as well, which is a great plus for those who need it.
The cleanliness of the station stood out to me; everything was well-maintained and tidy. Additionally, the convenience store on-site is open 24 hours, providing a convenient option for snacks, drinks, and other essentials at any time of day or night.
Overall, I had a very positive experience at this Shell gas station. I highly recommend it for its cleanliness, convenience, and the availability of diesel fuel. Great job, Shell!

I just wanted to thank Jacklyn and Elizabeth for going above and beyond the great customer service they deliver every day. They found a very important tool of mine and found out who I was and called me to come pick up my property. This just speaks to the great people they are and even greater asset to the world to have these 2 people who actually still care about other people. I can not say enough about how grateful I am for these two people. This is for the ladies at the Shell at 11108 foothill in Cucamonga. Again, Thank you.

Unorganized outside. Gas prices were wrong. Employees are always a half dead. Always the most expensive gas in the area.

Probably one of the cleanest and well organized gas station around… lots of pumps, and great options inside. The individual that helped me this time was Alan, and he had a phenomenal customer service! Top notch overall!

Surprisingly low price, it is very convenient to get in and out, no one queues up at night, stick to the shell app. I will also get fuel at a low price, very satisfied

There was a Hispanic male with glasses "working" behind the register while eating what I assume were red spicy chips. I came in asking for a product behind the counter. He proceeded to stick his hand inside his mouth to lick his fingers before touching the product to hand it to me! His hands were literally wet from spit and he actually transferred his saliva (which was red from what he was eating) onto the product and had the nerve to try handing it to me. I was absolutely DISGUSTED & MORTIFIED that he had the audacity to do such a thing in the workplace. His response to my reaction was " I was gonna wipe it off". This type of unsanitary behavior puts customers in danger. I immediately left to go spend my money elsewhere. This needs to be looked into because this is absolutely unacceptable. I don't even like my own saliva so why would I want to come in contact with a strangers spit? Extremely disgusting and unprofessional

The best quality gas. I fill the premium quality 91 and it's not cheated like other gas stations that caused misfire.

Gas station on Foothill Blvd. close to Terra Vista Town Center. I've tried using apple pay at the pump and every time it gives me an error message. Other than that it's a nice station with lots of space to get in and out of. Price isn't really cheap but it is convenient.
