I had an appointment with kenta and when I arrived to my appointment not only did she ignore my calls and my messages the Salon was closed! No apologies no hey sorry I missed your appointment. Definitely unsatisfied.

The woman there that helped us she was very nice, even though she was expecting a customer she took a few minutes to trim my daughters bangs.. For me a single mommy who's always in a hurry and on the go it was very much appreciated! Thanks again! ❤

Jackie is the best! Always on point. All my sisters go to her. From hair color to hair cuts and now finally tried the Brazilian blowout. I have followed her since she was in Azusa. Will not change her. If I can give her more stars I would.
