I had to cancel my appointment because my flight cancelled a few hours before departure. When I asked to reschedule, she said I would need to pay another $50 deposit. She took my $50 deposit! I was very disappointed in the service.
She did try to message other people to see if she can book someone else on my slot. Nonetheless, she could have been flexible given the circumstances.

I went in for a haircut today after texting Yoo and setting a seamless appointment with her! :) She was so kind and considerate! She gave me 2 options, with bleach or no bleach for my outgrown roots as you can see in the before photo. I chose not to bleach it again from my previous hair appointment. She also cut the length of my hair perfectly and took such careful time cutting my hair, coloring, washing and styling. The whole experience was relaxing and I was trying not to fall asleep on the chair LOL. I'm so happy with my haircut and color!!! Look at the color in the sun, and she even went back to make sure my layers were perfect without any choppy parts. I'll be back THANK YOU YOO!

Today was the first time I went and it was AMAZING. I had Marisol Lopez and she gave me the best haircut I've ever gotten which is a big deal for me since I have thin hair. She worked quickly and efficiently and has a kind personality. The owner was also very accommodating when I had to make a couple last minute cancellations due to an unforseen person event. 100 / 10 would recommend (plus they have amazing refreshments for customers like liquid IV!).

Please and Thank you again!!@~~, Wash hair before you come here, it tremendously HELPS STAFF@@@@ I usually get the Men's perm + haircut every 3-4 months i Think. I don't do anything else pretty much. No hair coloring oor anything. A+ OutSTANDING, Extremely satisfied cannot BE BEATEN I did not get service other than Misses Yoo. She been very friendly, kind. I've seen other customer that I saw get haircut and notice a positive noticeable change. I only moved to rancho since 2018 I think and only 3 years to this salon. I hope the past review gets edited pplease.

I had a great experience! I came in with a bad haircut and she was able correct it beyond expectations. She's a magician. Will definitely go back.

I went to this place for the first time. The services I got were a bleach on my roots (I had previously bleached my hair so I just needed a touch up) and a color on my whole head after. I got charged $420. THIS IS INSANE. I have always been getting similar services from multiple different hair salons, and I had never been charged more than $300 before. Also, after the stylist bleached my roots, I could still see some black spots around my face. After all, It turned out very dark, almost purple-ish red, although I ordered orange. The stylist and the other lady (I think the owner) told me that it will be orange after a few wash which makes sense, but I am still worried and I know it won't be the orange I wanted anyway. Overall, I am not too unhappy about my hair, but THEY ARE WAY OVERPRICED. Again, $420 for just getting my roots (probably like 3 inches) bleached and getting full color.
